Papa Johns Pizza, Ocoee FL

Wow, this is such a horrible location. Food always comes late. Usually double the time quoted always ends up being cold and wrong. I don’t think they really know how to make pizza when you call to let them know about the issues and when they finally answer the phone or don’t put you on hold for half an hour, the manager decides that it’s OK to give you Attitude when you tried to talk, they put you on hold again. What a horrible location please do not buy pizza from this location.

Twice so far this year 2023, I’ve ordered a pizza and by the time I get it, it’s not hot! More like lukewarm and with the cheese solidifying and not cheesy and have to put in the oven. I don’t live that far but dang. I’m now going to start ordering from Dominoes which is literally in front my subdivision. Just sad as I like Papa John’s but pizza has gone down hill. One time last year, I ordered a pizza and watched status and got a notification stating it’s delivered but found no pizza. I ended up having two different people deliver the same pizza after I called PJ. I turned away the second one.

I Ordered Online and had my 2 Large Pizza in Less than 20 Minutes. It was the Fastest Online and Delivery, I have seen in Years Ordering Pizza from other Companies. The Ocoee Team is a Winning Team in my opinion, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work Ocoee Papa John's Team -Winter Garden needs a reliable Pizza Vendor we can count on.

First time coming to this store and it smelled like sewage when I walked in I would not recommend coming to this place!

Wow really great Papa John’s pizza sometimes some locations can be terrible but just picked up a small lunch pie its delicious

I was driving so I wanted to place a call order. I figured. I would place a call to pick up pizza on my way home from work.

After being on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and choose another pizza option.

Charles was amazing I made a simple mistake while doing an online order I didn’t notice until I was already home. I called next day explained everything and they went above and beyond making sure I was able to get the desired pizza I originally wanted. Thanks so much love my papa johns

Not sure whats happened to papa johns but their pizza is not worth an $80 order. The pizza was all messed up when was delivered and the delivery driver was not friendly at all. $80 and even the kids complained about it

I like customer service here. They are on top of everything. Even though I have a papa john like 3 mins away, I prefer to drive to this location because the one closer to me, let's say no good, too many mistakes and problems. So I prefer to drive further to this location what that tells you. Better attitude and service here. This is where I ordered pizza for my children for now on

Two times in a row of ordering delivery this location has failed to deliver for more than double the estimated time promised. Last time was 2 hours before I had to call and cancel the order. This time it was an hour. The staff at the store automatically place all attempts to call on hold and have bad attitude once they do pick up. Both times it took 20 minutes to cancel the orders.

Order from any location other than this one!

I placed a scheduled order. Was running a little ahead of time so I called and asked if they could go ahead and start it. The person I spoke to on the phone said yes they would go ahead and drop it. This was 32 mins prior to my arrival. I called at 6: 23. I went into the store at 6: 55. When I went to the counter I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it until the original scheduled time. It’s not that I was told that it wouldn’t be ready until my scheduled pickup time that is the issue. It’s that the person on the phone told me they would go ahead and start the order which is why I went ahead and drove to the store. If she had told me otherwise I would’ve waited. Policy is policy, that’s fine. But when I have to sit in my car for an additional 25 minutes because you told me it would be ready and it’s not, it is a reasonable reaction for me to be upset.

Have ordered a number of times from this location and food is almost always perfectly made - properly cooked, with the right modifications and substitutions, and with a really nice presentation (sometimes these look better than the web/app photos which is rare to find!).
The location isn't the best, but they definitely make up for it with what you get.

The staff was very nice. The whole store looked really clean. They didn't take too long with my food. And it looks pretty damn perfect. Which is really surprising for a franchise. I could not ask for any more of a perfect experience. Shout out to Jennifer and Chad for making this experience what it was.

We ordered one pizza for pick up- was never told online that it will be extended wait time. It was estimated as being over an hour…. For pick up…. This is not the first time this has happened. We tried to call the first time this has happened and we were on wait for over 45 minutes to cancel- no one EVER answered- and as I am writing this review, I have been on hold for 22 minutes without ANY answer or person to talk to to cancel my order. This is absolutely ridiculous- the website should either let you cancel or warn you about the wait as before you confirm your order. I will be talking to someone higher about this location.

Placed a delivery online around 6pm and it quoted me a 50 minute delivery estimate. After an hour I realized I was getting pretty hungry and went to my email to have a look at the tracker. Still not even made. Called the store to get an automated answer that goes in circles saying carryout only (why did the website allow my order and take my money?) until it hangs up on me several times, finally got through by spamming buttons at it. Person who answered the phone was rude and insisted there was no order to cancel (I could already see the charge on my card as pending) but when I asked for management, she suddenly found it
