Papa Johns Pizza, Seminole FL

Cold, disgusting, no flavor. Thank God we had a gift certificate that covered most of the price. Yuk! Yuk! Threw more than half a pizza and wings in the trash.

I ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 ranch sauces, we received our order without the ranch. I reached out and they will not refund the cost of the ranch sauces. My child does not like to eat pizza without ranch, luckily I had something left from another restaurant. I only wanted to receive what I ordered and paid for. The manager was not helpful and rude, and only offered to put a credit for ranch in the future. It’s frustrating.

Second time ordering simple pepperoni pizza from this location. It’s obvious whoever makes the pizza is either always having a bad day or they just don’t care. Toppings were thrown in clumps all over with some slices bare & some buried. Crust is thick & doughy in place & thin & crisp in others. Too bad. Papa Johns employees in other locations do a great job! Seems the owner would figure it out eventually.

I will never order from the Seminole location again! I placed a delivery order through the app at 2: 30 to be delivered at 5: 45.
At 6: 00 my food still hadn't been delivered so, I called them and they said it hadn't even been put into the oven yet! This is ridiculous! They knew about the order since I placed it at 2: 30! He also said that it would be ATLEAST another 20 minutes before it would be put into the oven. No apology from the guy or anything, he just told me that he could cancel my order. So, that's what I did.

I absolutely love papa John's. I have a nifty 50 card so it's very convenient. Service is always quick and accurate

Hands down, best delivery I’ve had. These guys are so nice and the pizza was delicious. 10/10 recommend!

I had a going away party for a friend. There were three couples here. One of them favors Pizza Hut. One of them favors dominoes. So I wanted to turn them on to Papa John’s in a big way. We ordered four different pizzas. We couldn’t tell which was which. The only one we could spot was the vegetarian pizza because it was the only one with thin crust. All of them had hardly any toppings. That’s why we couldn’t tell the pizzas apart. The thin crust pizza was burned, the other three were doughy. I was so embarrassed. Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza. I don’t believe I’ll ever order from this location again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the delivery guy was awesome.

Ordered online, said it would be approx 32 min, 1 hour later called to see where said order was. General manager answered the phone finally after being hung up on twice, she was so rude and was raising her voice to me. She informed me the app doesn't show what's going on in the store and i can't go by the approx time. When i asked her to please not raise her voice and that she was rude she informed me she had pizza coming out of the oven. She then began to yell again "give me your name"! Very unprofessional and rude! Very poor customer service!

Every time I order delivery the order is wrong. I just don’t understand how you mess up a large original crust pepperoni. The quality is horrible

Would leave zero stars.the driver couldn't park so didn't deliver our food and manager was extremely rude and ok with a 60$ order being voided so the staff could enjoy it while my staff was left with no lunch.would never order from this location and will be sure that all of my tourist and local customers know as well about how horrible this place is. I should've read the reviews first.

This place is the best papa John's around. Their delivery drivers are the best especially Ted. He's great! He's definitely a wonderful person.

I love Papa John’s but tonight’s repeated goof ups on my pizza was very disappointing. Two pizza attempts and two drives to Papa John’s and I still didn’t get what I ordered and what was clearly written on the box as was supposed to be in the pizza. Green and red peppers instead of pepperoni and virtually no Canadian bacon.

Our pizza never came. I called and very nicely asked about our delivery. The girl that answered said we gave her the wrong phone number and didn’t give a gate code. She was extremely rude and the delivery driver was calling us a liar and swearing in the background. I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life. I would not use this location ever. I plan on escalating this to management. They should know that the employees are treating people horribly.

1 star.everytime I come in here they mess the order up. I am a basic eater so everything is simple yet always gets messed up.

We’ve always ordered from this location and received excellent service. However tonight was very disappointing, the food was delivered hot and on time, 45 mins but that was the estimated delivery time. The delivery man was very polite, he accidentally dropped our sauces and seasonings but it was no big deal and I didn’t care. We ordered 3 pizzas, one wad supposed to be cheese and one was supposed to have only banana peppers, both vegetarian pizzas came with pepperoni on them and when I called in to speak with the manager I was polite when I explained what happened and all he could do was argue with me. Then when I finally proved him writing his apology was to say they have no control over the website, but yet he spent the entire beginning of the call arguing that I read wrong. I’m sorry but if you spend $70 on 3 pizzas and 2/3 show up wrong I shouldn’t have to argue for them to fix it. The manager sounded extremely young and was very unprofessional!

Good pizza but a dru0nk person must have cut the pizza. It was all over the place some so small and others super sized what a mess. But we will make the best of it and eat it.

I've been ordering pizza at this location for nearly 2 years. Never had an issue. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks about 2 weeks ago and the order was really late getting here, the pizzas were cold and the cheese sticks were piping hot. I assumed they were busy. So we ordered a couple pizzas again today and after waiting 50 minutes I decided to call. I explained the full situation, she offered no apologies but asked if I wanted to void my order. I said that if she felt confident my pizzas would arrive hot is rather have the pizza. She said she was voiding my order and that she didn't appreciate my attitude and asked me not to order from there again.

So I called in order to Papa John's in Seminole on November 9th, a Gluten Free pizza I go to pick up walk inside to a young girl with head down no greeting, stood and waited for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me, When picked up pizza it was black burnt, unacceptable! So they tell me going to refund my money call my bank, the refund hasn't shown up, the the cook sends me message e-mail saying he was manager, with hair hanging in his eyes. They haven't refunded my credit back to my account, they just want to offer me free pizza. No Thanks! Will not order from Papa Johns for a long time.

Like most fast food restaurants the employees are the pinnacle of hard work. Called to cancel order after almost 2 hours. Workers seemed more than thrilled that I cancelled order. Can’t rely on anyone these days to perform the simplest tasks.
