Papa Johns Pizza, Homosassa FL

Our food was absolutely delicious. But we were sad for the cashier who said "I hate no tippers. " Perhaps Papa Johns should pay them better, so they aren't upset, and in a position to expect tips from everyone. I elected to place a carry-out order due to my financial restrictions and the cost of delivery. I appreciate the employees for great service and awesome food, and hope that they get payed well enough to not have to rely on tips.

Shaq pizza is soooo good! Wish they had it all the time. But have gotten reg. Pepperoni pizza also and it's delicious!

Messed up our carry out order twice the first time made our pie with no cheese that was funny to the pizza maker. Second time we checked the pizzas before we left and there was bbq sauce on our pizza, wrong again, by this time we were just done with the experience left and went to pizza hut. Called next day and spoke to Rick the GM he was nice apologized about the experience and offered us to come in for a correct order on the house. Went got our 2 pizzas got them home and one was over done. The staff there just doesn't care they are there for a check. Hire employees that put pride in their work and this place might not be bad. I wouldn't recommend it at this time.

Ordered meatball pizza. I got mushroom. Another time no sauce with the papada.
But they are better than Pizza Hut.

It was our second time visiting, the first time we had reservations. We get there at 245pm to check in we find out that they require a 250.00 deposit. Then we have to wait almost 2 hours to get a key card for our room, because the program was down, they were waiting for a IT person to show up and fix it. They gave us 2 complimentary drinks.

Ordered pizza online. The time to wait was 22-32 minutes. 1 hour later, we call to inquire, said they were running behind it’s being delivered now. Waited another 35 minutes. No show. Called again waited 29 minutes on hold. Finally decided to drive up there and noticed the pizza was left on a table outside with flies all in it and of course cold. The manager had no time to discuss because “it’s a Friday night”
Blamed it on a feature on the app explaining due to COVID I had given instructions to leave at door. We’ve ordered many times since COVID and this has never happened) Even if I had (which I did not) they could have rang the bell or knocked to let us know it was here! Papa John’s will not be getting my business again!

The Works $9.99 said the site so I ordered wings (6) piece and garlic knots. Total $43 and change plus a 6 dollar tip to the driver. So I invited a friend to share it with. The driver shows up with everything except the pizza box is very small, so I asked is this the large, truly aghast, "yes" he said, "14 in, 6 chicken bones and some buttered dough $50? !? Thievery at it's not so finest, Never again Papa John's, shame, shame shame. Close you thieving door, definitely not what you used to be.

Please read before ordering online or providing payment over the phone. They will run your card 5 times and tell you it didn’t go through and will deduct the money from your card. If you call the store make sure the manager Kyle isn’t working because he will not provide any assistance. He won’t even get on the phone, he will tell his staff to tell you that there is nothing he can do and not provide a customer support phone number or any information on how to resolve this issue. $200 credit card debit on a Friday night trying to order some pizza. 1st time trying Papa John’s. The pizza was just ok. Not a big fan of the crust. Had the NY style and it didn’t have any flavor, and the texture was a bit rubbery. It did have a good cheese/sauce ratio, and the flavor of the sauce was maybe a 6 out of 10.

Ordered online with a pre tip and called after 2 hours to see where my pizza was. Left on my front door cold and full of ants. Nice. Not going to order again.no knock or doorbell to receive.just left like an Amazon package

I ordered the build your own bowl tonight for the first time. I'm not crazy about alot of crust. I ordered Alfredo and picked what I wanted. I'm impressed. Very good but needed a little more sauce. I'll know that next time. Good job

Gave it to one because I didn't go there I was in there parking lot making a right hand turn so I have no opinion on their quality although I have eaten there before I shouldn't say that they're not bad not bad at all
