Papa Johns Pizza, Hollywood FL

Took an hour to get food, they messed up kept telling me it was coming and then we found out it was never processed. The guys were very nice that helped me but was a bit irritating on the wait time.

Trashy location, trashy employees I called to order was on hold for over 30 mins I could hear people picking up the phone and putting me bean on hold! I then went to the location to order and there was not one customer in the store! I called again watched the workers put me on hold while they chatted on their cell phones

I ordered delivery for a small pizza. Delivery was very late and I did contact the store once more to check where my pizza was. With the delivery being late I do at least expect for my food to be cooked. Unfortunately it was not. Once I bit into a slice I was met with pizza dough mush and tomato sauce and toppings. The pizza was not even half way cooked and this could have easily caused sickness. I would rather have my delivery come much later if that means you guys would have cooked it. I won't order from your store again and your employees need proper food safety training. If you don't care about your job enough don't work in food.

Called to get the Shackaroni pizza but this location does not carry it so I got a different pizza. Pizza was normal but price was higher than I liked with the delivery fee and tip.

The African manager is so disrespectful! Disgusting place! They dont wear gloves and DONT wash their hands they keep touching their faces and the dirty phone and computer ewwwwwww never again ordering from papa johns and I will tell everyone this! And share this in ALL social media At least they should wash or clean their dirty hands before touching all the food!

No lie I live about 10 min away from this location and it says my order won’t get to me until 10: 58 a 120 minutes wait.this is crazy ik it’s raining at this moment but it doesn’t take this long to get one pizza done idc if 20 ppl order before me it should take yall this long to make the pizzas. Then when I call I was put on hold twice with no one even answering the phone. This is absolutely horrible service. I do not recommend coming nor ordering from this location. Worst papa John I’ve ever orders from.

The worst Papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from, the pizza was old and cold plus dry. The employees were not clean. All guys working there with no communication skills. It’s was a complete waste of time, sorry Papa John’s but you get a F- for this location.

I love the way you could create 2 different halfs making order online! And their special garlic sauce mmmmm…!
This time pizza is only for me! But highly recommend you to try halfs + cheese garlic crust

Delicious pizzas, but terrible treatment and service, they don't serve you and waste their time talking to each other

Ordered a pizza before closing before 12am and waited 30-40 min and they have a totally incompetent driver that couldn’t find my house with GPS and then he quit and gave up and I literally had to go to sleep hungry since it was about 1am when I call the store to tell me the guy quit on my house and went back to the store. These guys are total jerks and no sympathy whatsoever when I called. This place sucks donkey balls.

I ordered this pizza on Uber eats and added extras and had it well done and it was perfect, and made it really quick, and were really nice when I came in.

I placed an order today at 4.00 and it was supposed to be delivered at 4.40. As a result, it is now 18.30 and still no order, they write that it is still in the process of preparation! The support team didn't say anything specifically. Not how long to wait for the order and whether it will even be delivered today.

I have ordered from this location many times and they have messed up my order on at least 3 different occasions. Very disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend this location to anyone

Miss communication on the order, however, the manager was nice to fix the problem, gave me what I wanted and let me kept the wrong order. Is not the perfect pizza place but they try hard to offer good service.

Every time i order extra cheese, they never give it to me. They barely put any cheese on the pizza at all, they've been scamming customers like this since the Pandemic. They let you pay for extra cheese or extra meat and then they don't give it to you. I called and spoke to the manager and he basically he accused me of trying run a pizza scam! Really? The staff and the manager were so rude to me. Never again. So I reported them to corporate.

Food was pretty good, employees and atmosphere was awful. Rude, uncertain, and seemed to be too busy joking around with each other to get things done

My experience there was terrible, they have bad customer service and don’t treat their customers with respect. I went there to order pizza because for some reason they cancelled my order and when i got there, they have no hair nets or glove the boy was touching the cabinets and cash register then went back to touching the pizza and the girl was sweeping and then was also touching the pizza, mind you they did not have any gloves on and i was overall disgusted by such a place and decided to eat elsewhere. On my life i’ll never go back to this establishment just nasty.

They got my order completely wrong and when inside the store to correct my order i noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves at all to make the food. That’s so unsanitary and disgusting.
