Papa John's Pizza, Jacksonville FL

Ordered ay around 5: 30. The system estimated 30 - 40 minutes. Tracker app showed delivered an hour later but no one ever showed up. I called the store and someone seemed completely uninterested in the issue and insisted it had been delivered. I stated it had not. He mumbled to call back in 15 minutes if it doesnt show. I called back 20 minutes later and cancelled the order and ended up ordering from 5 Star Pizza. 25 minutes later the Papa Johns guy showed up and was a jerk when I refused the order. Screw these guys!

Was actually hot and fresh and delivery was quicker then quoted. With the papa dough and promo got an excellent deal. Keep up the good work yall.

Few people there aren't to bright. Make sure everything is with your order cause I order 3 containers of jalapenos and it wasn't with the pizza and for some reason the homeboy at the counter could not understand what I was talking a bout and just kept putting one pepper in my pizza box.he is about as dumb as that pizza box. Stay in school kids!

Not a good experience @ papa johns Sourhside blvd Jacksonville FL. We had ordered 2 pizzas and the one with the meat was actually missing meat. Though our hunger and a drive of 10 miles to and fro stopped us from going back and asking for a better one. Disappointing Papa John's. Whatever went wrong our evening dinner was ruined.

Ordered an Italian Sub from there and it was awesome really really good, excellent customer service too. Yummy

This place always takes FOREVER (up to 2 hrs) to deliver, so typically we domt order from here. It's ridiculous. Plus, you know, their founder is a pretty gross human being, so there"s that.

I normally have no issues with the place. Tonight I had a new driver who I spent 20 mins giving directions to. I was fed up and called the them. The manager apologized, refunded my money and made me a new order, which was ready for me when I went to pick it up. Would still order from here in the future.

Excellent food excellent service. Very clean store and i just had to shout out for the employee name mikey. He is an asset to you guys. From the phone till out of the door delivery service.all that was excellent by him. Will recommend all the people i know to this location for sure.

If a “manager” says they will credit your account with a soda you ordered, don’t believe them. I just talked to Bobby, the manager, after a pervious manager told me I would have a credit and she told me that she “couldn’t see it. ” Said that their systems didn’t connect that way but since I work in IT, I know otherwise and I am not stupid. We will see if they get my soda to me this time.

Don’t even think ordering food from here! There the nasty and rude! Pace o have eveeeeerr order! 3 times I place orders and never got them! They always cancel the order without calling!

They really close the lobby at 10: 00pm, just delivery is open until 1: 00am. Its a good place.

Ugh awful. If you love soggy cold pizza delivered to your door after 50 minutes being out of the oven - this papajohns is for you. And I live less than a mile away on gate parkway. Used to be excellent but new management of this store is rude and has no clue.

I love this place. The gentleman who took care of me and my order made me feel at home. It was nice to see a humbled military man in the same line of work as far as food service is concerned. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was seeing a young lady with 1.3 inch long acrylic nails on with BLACK FINGER NAIL POLISH AND NO GLOVES handling the pizza dough. Although everyone was nice.it was very uncomfortable to see.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Tonight I ordered delivery close to closing time, which i never do, but the driver was just as polite and kind as if it was the middle of the day and not 12am. Even this late the pizza is wonderful! I didn't catch your name but thank you sir for being understanding.

Two times they lied. The pizza was late, when I first called they said the pizza was going to get here in about a minute, 12 minutes pass by and I call again, and they said that it was going to be 5 minutes. I’m never going to order from here again. They didn’t even apologize, it’s a bad service.

Great place for pizza, employees are always polite and down to earth. My order is never wrong and the store is well maintained.

Frankie says: This location is horrible. They smothered our pizza in onions. We also wanted it well done and it was undercooked. I know this will make these jerks happy but I got wicked diarrhea. I want my money back and these owns fired. I'll stick to a $5 supermarket pizza next time.

Get ready to wait an hour and a half to PICK UP a large single topping pizza. I didn't even order on a weekend night.it was a Wednesday night.like really? Get your crap together. Going to DOMINOS from now on!

Big chain pizza charged like a gourmet local shop. The food is inedible and way over priced. Also papa john is a terrible person

Been an hour since I called for pick up. Girl said it would be ready in 15 mins. Show up 20 mins later to pick up. It has been an hour since placing the order went in again and the girl said oh a driver may have taken it on accident. Just left
