It's a nice place, to get your pizza done and delivered in a fast pace, plus they have all the toppings

Do not order from them online. They charged my credit card twice and then said I never ordered from them. Also, I won't order from them anymore because the quality of their pizza is terrible lately. Just all around bad experience!

I bought a Shaq a Roni pizza last night and it did not even close to looking like the one that they had on TV. It looks like slop. It's a shame that Shaq don't know what they're doing to his name. They're just fixing those pizza any kind of ways with no love in it.

I placed an order online but he never came. Twice. But they did refund the money to my account.

Ruth was such an amazing help towards my ordering and yet so polite. It’s such a pleasure knowing that someone cares about your order. Before I decided to call Papa Johns, I had went through another pizza company which I was transferred to the call center and put on hold for like 1 hour! Once again Thank you so much Ruth, we will definitely be ordering at Papa Johns from this point on!

My Roommate and I always order from here and the pizza is just mediocre. Today was the last straw, we ordered a pizza and while eating it we discovered a good sized black hair cooked into the cheese. So nasty. I understand these things happen and just called to have a replacement delivered the rudest worked answered, had an attitude when I asked for a replacement. It was just unpleasant and a waste of money. Beware when ordering from here.

I call last night to other 2 large pizza customers service was all time low, she must have been on her last day with no care in this world. For a delivery not only they never deliver it they said it's a hour and half wait. I called back 2 hrs later they said we busy it will take another 2 hours can I come pick it up. I'll never call or go there again

The customer service sucks! After having to listen to the automated phone thing playing for 5 minutes I got hung up on! And now I'm calling back just to wait another 5 minutes just for them NOT TO ANSWER.

Junk food that tastes like garbage, and the Papa John's brand founded by a racist liar. Boycott. Put this junk food seller out of business.

I called in my order 25 minutes ahead of time. And when I got there, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. And they got my order wrong. But I was hungry so, I took it as it was.

Order was wrong. Called to speak with management but continued to be put on hold over and over and over.nobody wanted to take the line. It's funny though.while on hold you guys make sure on your recording that the "delivery fee" is "not a tip for the driver" and to "reward them" so basically you guys make sure to take care of your staff but screw the customer? So if the delivery fee is not for the driver.where does it go?

I could not even get through to place an order. The first time i was immediately put on hold and then someone picked up to ask me to hold. I waited 5 minutes and hung up. I waited a little bit before calling back and someone picked up and hung up the line with out saying anything. Pizza hut i guess it is.should have been my first choice anyway.

The worst experience ever! When the pizza got here it was cold late night around 5: 00 am my family start to throw up it was horrible i love the manager here but i will never order from here again

Stuff are idiots! Was waiting 15 minuets till a did an order, same time 2 guys was counting their tips. Also they were so rude! Highly do not recommend that place!

Always love Papa John's for its fresh and hot pizza. Ordering online or over the phone is super simple and they always have deals through their app, email and Groupon. With a family of 5, we love a good deal, with Papa John's - we always get super friendly service whether we pick up or get delivery and they are always on point with our orders.

The pizza dough was not cooked all the way and that was after I waited an hour for the pizza to be ready. The cashier was nice though.

After asking twice, I was given someone else’s order. I guess my pizza went out to someone who’d ordered a similar pizza. Maybe if the big guy in red t-shirt would flirt a little less with the girls there, he’d do his job better.

It took 20mins for them to major the pizza but it was delicious. We also had to ask about the special.

Always late never up to the promised quality.
I would prefer Turkey Lake location. Crew has no idea how to run properly this location.
