Mellissa and Barbara were fantastic! They made me feel comfortable. They were clean, patient, and meticulous with their work. They were good at communicating even when it came to scheduling. Would highly recommend.

Audeanne came over my house during the Christmas holiday time to take care of my wound. She was a complete pro and as nice as ever.she came over twice and was so knowledgeable and just such a pleasure to have over. Just thought I’d let you know.

I had a very kind and professional nurse [ named Mellissa] visiting me at home to tend to my legs and do wound dressing with compression wraps. Her work was terrific. They care about the patients they serve and provide excellent reliable & comforting service. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

I have used this company four times and always insist on using them. They are the most professional people I have worked with. My Nurse Mellisa came yesterday off schedule because I had a problem with my wound vac.
When I texted her about the problem, she was here within 40 minutes again and it was off schedule. I so appreciated her. When you call the office, Tatiana usually answers the phone and is always so helpful. I do my PT and my OT through them as well.
My main contact is Audine and she is one phone call away in case I have any problems. Very tough to deal with insurance companies and they seem to do it right away and get great results.
Thank you guys I really appreciate all your help and it makes my life so much easier. Keep up the good work.

I am the Health Surrogate for my parents. While trying to confirm this Paradis Home Health Agency assignment to Mother's case I was treated so disrespectfully by Brentan who refers to himself as the Operations Manager. I was given a phone number to this agency by the facility Social Worker to confirm services pending. The number unfortunately went to a personal mailbox that was full. When the real Paradise HH agency told me they were not affiliated I researched further only to be phoned by Brentan himself rudely informing it was completely acceptable that the number's mailbox was full. When I shared I was uncomfortable with his tone especially fearful for my Mother's care, he could care less. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he then informed me he was it and refused to as he put it "go back and forth with negativity" and that they would ask to restart the case. Anyone hearing from Paradis Home Health Agency. BEWARE. If this is the representative of this company, one might fear the potential adverse treatment and questionable care provision to their loved ones. We are looking for quality home health care delivery providing a smooth transition from Hospital to Home. This is NOT it I assure you. No one should be treated in such a horrific unprofessional fashion.

My wife had brain surgery, 11/08. They were supposed to her that Friday, when we called that afternoon was told that they forgot! Said she’d be there Sunday never showed or called. Came Monday and told us she would be back Tuesday the next day before 2 because she had Thanksgiving food shopping to do! Never called or showed up, today is 11/28 still not a word. Called them today to tell them their services was no longer required, and was spoken to very rudely! Was the worst experience we ever had with any home health care.
