This was our first (and hopefully last) bout of dealing with mold in our condo in Naples. I really didn't know where to begin once I saw the mold spores on the ceiling.

I started with the HOA, HVAC, another mold remediation company, plumber, mold testing company and our insurance company.

But, once I talked with Mike I was able to navigate the process of removing the mold from all surfaces as well as the airborne particles.

In short, his expertise in mold remediation, knowledge of the insurance field and what they normally cover, as well as the coverage required by the HOA in accordance with Florida Statute we were able to address all issues in about 7 days.

I would say next to fire/flood, mold is about the worst thing that can happen to a home in Florida. I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in recommending Paradise Coast Restoration to take care of any issues related to mold. We highly recommend Mike of Paradise Coast. We were flooded from hurricane Ian. After our initial removal of drywall and cabinets by our contractor, Mike met us at our place for remediation and mold testing. He arrived on time, which is huge in this day and age. Mike was very personable and professional, we immediately felt that he was the right man for the job. He shared with us the scope of work which he needed to do and would send a quote within a day. As promised, the next day we received a quote. His pricing was very reasonable, so we signed a contract. Mike and his crew showed up as scheduled, performed the work as promised. When we walked in afterwards, our place was spotless along with a clean mold report. Paradise Coast was worth every penny. We can sleep well at night knowing our place is free of any harmful mold.
