Paradise Computers was a pleasure to work with and did an efficient job diagnosing and fixing my computer problems! This is the definition of a fantastic small business. Sam was excellent to work with and he was extremely communicative and helpful with my problems.

Basically, my new Windows 11 laptop failed and was stuck on the "Critical Process Died" error message. Sam was able to scan my NVME hard drives and determine that this was in fact not a hardware fault (thank goodness) but an issue with my Windows 11 OS.

Unfortunately, the data on my NVME drives were not recoverable but Sam went the extra mile and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 11 as a courtesy which made my day!

The best part is, Sam was able to fix my laptop is less than 24 hours and have it back to me up and running so that I can use it for work again. I'm super impressed with Paradise Computers and would recommend anyone with laptop or desktop issues to visit Sam. He is a standup guy who will fix your issues quickly and accurately!

My laptop “crashed” and I went to Paradise Computer Service for help. Alex was wonderful, incredible patient and professional. Everything was backed up and transferred to my new laptop. The email issue was solved and everything is up and running beautifully. I can’t say enough good things about them. Great customer service!

WoW. This is certainly a five star outfit. Not being a GEEK, it is hard
for me, doing computer functions. I got a virus in my computer, and unable to get email. This was a no brainer to fix it, for these guys. The wait time to have it fixed, was very minimal.

Have a MS Book 2 having issues, I took it in for service and of course it worked fine. Nevertheless they checked it out while I waited and didn't charge me for the time. Great customer service.

I'm so lucky I found Paradise Computer Service! Alex and his team are so dedicated to doing the best job possible, and I couldn't be more thankful. They were able to save my computer TWICE. They made sure I understood what had to be done to fix it, assured me they'd do their best to get it running properly again, and made it happen.
I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 15IKB. The first time they saved it was from a spill that, thankfully, didn't reach the motherboard. The second fix was for a faulty screen display. A factory defect causes the screen to flicker wildly and can get so bad that it renders the computer useless. The Paradise Computer team solved this problem quickly, without a hitch. It happened again when some of the wiring for the display came loose, but they were able to diagnose and treat the problem right away.
Again, I am so happy to have found this trustworthy, local business. I can't imagine going back to the multinational/cooperate stores (that just try to sell you a new computer instead of actually fixing the one you have). Bring your PC or laptop, they'll take care of you here. 20/10

Love this shop! The staff is always helpful and they know their stuff. They have helped my family build two gaming computers from scratch. Prices are reasonable and competitive too. I will never use anyone else.

They were absolutely wonderful! I took my laptop in not knowing what the problem was. They were quick (really important when your laptop is your whole job) and they got me back to work. They were very reasonably priced and didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of things I really didnt need. I had a great experience

I was very frustrated with my Apple Laptop and was unsuccessful with Prior Apple service, but Paradise helped me resolve initial problems over the phone, continued to resolve all issues including operating system upgrade, and were extremely kind and patient with my limited technology experience. I am most appreciative!

Update: while I believe these young men at Paradise have a few rough spots, they did in the end return my laptop in the condition I expected it to be returned in. Regardless of my ignorance regarding a camera button (why did you change that setting in the first place and not reset it), the laptop battery was disconnected and the bottom cover was not fully seated causing potent fumes to escape. This along with the sticker your company applied to my personal equipment, I expected it to be returned precisely how it was given to you, it was not. You corrected this, thank you. To be clear, your company did not execute the repair I initially dropped off the laptop on for. This was done by another firm as I could no longer wait after 4 - business days of no progress. My $45.00 fee should be refunded as a result. I have revised this to 3 - stars in spite of you and your employee referring to me as "dude" a number of times. My name is Richard and encourage you to call me by my given name. I am considering this matter concluded.

Original review: Steer clear.and responding to you Brian - Alex and the other two young men there at your location (perhaps you were one) had my laptop for a week, performed no repair, charged me for this "diagnostic" $45.00 and returned my latptop damaged. Your people removed the bottom cover and were unable to reassemble the machine. The machine no longer recognizes the battery, the microphone or camera. Do you want me to post photos? Your business butchered this laptop. You know my business you say? Walk over and collect this machine and repair it. You have no record of doing business with me? Do you need a copy of my credit card statement? Your team is quite clearly underqualified and claiming ignorance is a further sign of your sham business. I again say, steer clear of Paradise Computers and Brian the owner.
