Paradise Cove Condominiums, West Palm Beach FL

Two women and a man are dead after an apparent domestic dispute Sunday night in West Palm Beach, police said.
West Palm Beach police spokesman Mike Jachles said officers received a welfare check call at about 9: 55 p.m. At the Paradise Cove Condominiums, located at 1002 The Pointe Drive off of Village Boulevard.

First time reading everyone else’s review and all I see is ignorance.
I lived here a few years and I have seen a lot of changes. These apartments are really nice if you up keep your place. Love where you live people. You can’t control your neighbors and that is anywhere you live. Karl is the property manager and he is kind but assertive. He follows through on everything I have addressed with him. He is working on many projects on how to make this community better than it was. I have formed alliances with the maintenance crew. All of them are great but I would like to thank Angel and Roberto specifically for always being kind and helpful. In closing great place to live! Perks are lake view, close to 95, close to downtown WPB, close to Publix! I’m excited about the gym being renovated and having security at the entrance. Thank you once again!

My apartment golf/lake is beautiful, maintenance guys very helpful, the manager Betsy is great, responsible, respectful, friendly and very hard working lady, I hope her company apréciate her amazing job, very nice place close to everything you need. Marla.

I live here for 8 years everything good but this new manager NOT GOOD! The place go down bad people and a lot people HAVE BIG DOGS WITH NOT LITCH NOW I CANT GO OUT TO WALK MY DOG BECAUSE IM SCARE THATS NOT FEAR! I go to the office and he say he can’t do nothing about NEVER I see this place like that! No good place for live and please BECARFUL WITH YOU KIDS THE PEOPLE SMOKE MARIGUANA EVERYWHERE AMD A LOT DRAMA YOU CANT LEAVE U KIDS PLAY OUTSIDE NO GOOD PLACE

Keep an eye on your belongings. And you'll be just fine It's not a bad place But it's not the greatest Either

I live here for 5years the new management is great.carl the property manager is on top of things. At all time. The maintenance crew is wonderful they get things fixed.they are remodeling things what nice place to live

Lived here for about a year and a half. The management was poor but as of recently like the last few months they hired a person in the office that actually does work. The maintenance of the property is horrible given the location and the rent that is charged for these apartments. The buildings are old and because so there is always something going wrong. For example the whole building that I reside in currently having electricity issues. We have been getting only 50% power which means we don’t have running hot water, no a/c and stove range not working. Everything that is important aside from the lights. Carl has been helpful even it’s just showing sympathy for the tenants that have been inconvenienced through no fault of their own. Sylvester the property manager on the other hand can be the complete opposite at times and that’s sad given his position. The 5 months remaining on my lease can’t come soon enough.

A rich guy's attorney called me and threatened to raise special assessments so high that the unit would be unnafordable this forcing me out of the community and selling the condo to him for a discounted price. A shame that there aren't laws to prevent this.

Paradise cove is conveniently located across from the villages plaza that has publix, ups, restaurants, daycare center, gym and many other shops. If you want a place that is close to shopping but not right in the middle of downtown then this is a good location to start. They're also not too far away from the outlets or the highway. Just a quick little drive and you can get to any place you'd need to go.
