Great jewelry store, excellent service, and amazing prices. Thanks to Douglas I was able to find the perfect ring for my daughter's birthday.

I love this store! I always come here or the dolphin mall location for all my pieces of jewelry. And every single visit I leave satisfied with my purchase. They have a large selection of items and the quality of the gold and diamonds is top notch. Best part is they work with all Budgets and have very fair prices. I would highly recommend Carolina she’s amazing very knowledgeable and great sense of style when it comes to picking out a nice piece. The whole staff however is pleasant and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They also do everything as far as custom pieces, fixing jewelry and polishing. I recommend paradise 100% if you want quality jewelry.

I stopped by to get three of my watches fixed and Douglas hooked me up big time. I don’t know much about watches but I love them and the ones I had were losing color and looked like they were filled with mold. But Douglas helped me out got me a good deal on a badass watch. Trust me when I say when you come here and you ask for Douglas, this guy will have u leaving better than when you got in. Show some love!

It's a neat Jewelry store! It's one of the more spacious ones in the area and just as clean even with that. Customer service is attentive and nice to talk to if not a little flighty. Inventory is pretty cool even if it didn't have anything I wanted or liked. A good Jewelry store for sure!

I made a huge mistake of taking my necklaces that I bought from a well known jewelry place to get fix here. However, these thieves stole my necklaces and changed it with one of theirs. Soon as they brought it back to me I immediately felt the difference in the weight and length. I called police & they kept giving us the run around when we asked to see the cameras. It wasn’t until about two days later when they finally showed us footage that didn’t show the angle we needed. They will take your jewelry to the back to switch out and even the cops said this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. THIEVES! Especially with the holidays approaching be aware! Don’t ever come here! They are thieves! The owner is rude and disrespectful. He then tried to say if I like he can just pay me for the necklaces that I’m left with which wouldn’t have amount to anything that I actually spent.

It was my first time here and I was made to feel comfortable, without a lot of sales pressure. Elizabeth was patient with helping me, and she helped me find what I was looking for. The price was reasonable compared to prices at other jewelry stores I had visited. I'm glad I took a chance and stopped in this store.

Ah man, paradise jewelry and watches have such a great customer service skills and positive energy. They are very loyal and work with you on prices unlike any other companies. Everyone has great work ethic and always smiling. NOW, the most amazing, fun, full of energy that makes you want to buy the whole is Michael Angelo. Just like the painter but in the jewelry style. Great place to buy jewelry and he have blessed me with an awesome wedding ring set for my wife.

This place is the worst jewelry store I have ever been to. The manager is unprofessional and rude and the employees are not much better. They completely lost my business and my clients business. I am in the diamond business and I won’t be passing on this awful business to my clients and friends. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They should be closed down for their illegal and false practices.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from them!

I bought a ring here and two weeks later I noticed one of the tiny diamonds fell out. I took it back to the store and the first thing they told me was “that it’s my fault because I bumped it”. I can assure you that even if I bumped the ring my bigger diamond ring on the same finger, that sits higher, that I bought from somewhere else, would have been hit first. The salesman/conman stated it’s like a car if you drive it and get into an accident it is your fault. I believe the quality of the ring is in question, because if I bumped the ring the other ring that sits higher would have a diamond missing. To me the ring should be more sturdy than that. They then procedure to charge me to fix the ring that I bought from them. Another two weeks later the same diamond is fell out again! I am beyond pissed! I haven’t gone back in to fix it as yet because I just noticed it when I got up this morning. Now I have to spend more time to drive over to the store and wait for them to tell me that it’s my fault again! I am not putting this review out her to be malicious, I am just warning people to be careful on what they purchase from them it’s not guaranteed and not built well.

Update1/4/17: I took the ring back today to tell them about the white gold turning yellow I. The area they sized up for me, and the diamond that I had to pay to get repaired fell out again and they they didn’t blame me this time. I hope they don’t charge me to pick it up because I have the time now I can take them to small claims court. I just don’t want them to do this to others. As a business owner I would not do this to others why do people in South Florida feel this is right? I will keep you guys updated.

Rude customer service. Lady helping us did not understand what we were asking her so we decided to leave and she called us stupid! We talked to the manager and she of course denied it and he was not apologetic at all. That's what happens when you don't go to a real store. Don't waste your time!

Came in hoping to find a specific item- they custom made it for me and the price was excellent. They work fast and I was extremely satisfied. They turned a picture that I brought in with me into reality and I have a unique diamond pendant that I get hundreds of compliments on!

I have never seen a place where they dont honor the warranty, they call you a liar to your face and dont solve anything. My sugestion, dont be cheap like me and spend a little bit more money in a place where you know you will be covered.

The worse staff including the manager, worst customer service and they treat you like a liar rite to your face, went there to change a pin and battery for my watch and I got it back with another problem which they were going to charge me for, ill never recommend anyone to go there not even to borrow a pen!
