I sold one home and purchased another in the August 2019 to January 2020 period with Kitty Cottrell of Paradise Properties. I took that long as a combination of selling the house I had down there and buying another while living in Ohio. She was responsive to my needs and while I watched online for the new house she also looked and the house I purchased was one she found. I had some problems in the sale where I needed a contractor to do warranty work and she handled that also. The realtor agency is in a great area to go to being on Flagler Avenue so you can relax before or after you visit. Highly recommended.

Stay away from this Realty Company. I lost almost $1,000 because of a certain realtor, L. C. Very unprofessional. They will not try to retrieve the money that I lost. They don't return calls or emails. All I got was, "the seller backed out. " Meanwhile, I am left homeless, looking for another property. I had to sign my rights away just to get back my escrow and wired closing monies ($11,100). My realtor, L. C.even sent an email stating that I SHOULD GET AN ATTORNEY to sue the seller. Really? She represented both buyer and seller. Stay away people.

Cecil Goodrich and rhonda kanan are the most unprofessional realtors ive ever met. Rhonda is not even a qualified property manager and will withhold your security deposit if she feels like she has been mistreated. I must now seek legal advise due to the fact i moved out the first week of August she has had no contact with me and threatening me everytime i call. It is now the first week of October and still no word from paradise properties. With out that deposit i have had to sleep at work and in my truck working ridiculous hours to try to make up the loss.
