5I would NOT recommend this company. I hired them to complete a home office set-up (monitor, lighting, speaker/mic, wiring and screen). Ryan initially stated that he should be able to have everything completed within a couple of weeks, back in September. (writing this review 3 months later) I had to reach out to him multiple times to get part of the equipment installed while we waited for the rest. To date, I am still waiting on the rest of the equipment to be installed, some of which he has already been paid for as that was part of the terms of the contract. We have reached out to him multiple times through multiple channels at this point with no response.
Jose helped me out with my projector and home theatre setup- quick, easy, and friendly.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Ryan came out to our home to look at what we wanted to do with our home theater setup and gave us some really good advice on what components to use that what would work best for our setup. He also recommended some other home automation options that we never thought of and were very affordable. His team came in and did the whole job in a couple days. The install was super clean and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ryan and his team will definitely be back to do some more upgrades in the near future.
Paradise tried to fix a ton of issues from another integrator. While none of the previous issues were their fault, I could not get someone to show up and take care of the things that were on the road map for completing my hone automation system. The lead guy was really nice but I took off work twice and was stood up. Also stood up my wife twice. In the end, I was out additional money for software and hardware that I still can’t use. I like the system that they install, but have had nothing but bad luck. Has to have a different control system installed and ended up out about $6,000 with stuff that I can’t use.
