This new management sucks! No body's ever in the office! They don't answer the phone. They don't know what there doing! It's ridiculous

The place is quiet, cozy, some loose cats but overall it is fine. The attention is good and they speak Spanish too.

This park boasts of extraordinary beauties, What that means is there's thousands of beautiful STRAY cats that live here the county won't do anything about the STRAY cats and neither will the park. Reading the reviews on here It's exciting owning your own home, but I bet if you'd ask them now They would change their tune. On top of STRAY cats we have roaming dogs because no one knows how to abide by the rules. When rules are not enforced this is what happens to the community. So yes paradise, sure if you're a cat lady and don't mind the occasional 2 or 3 dogs roaming free between trailers. It's not very gated as I have door-dash deliver to me all the time. They deliver my food to multiple sections of the park due to the fact nothing's labeled correctly, there is no street signs. Management don't care. Once you're sucked in here, it's hard getting out. Anyone need free cat, barn cat or kittens, you found your place. Just ask one of the residents, we would be happy to wrestle one or three up for you.

I have been a resident here for over a year and I still have repair issues that have not been addressed.
I purchased the home after residing here for a year, renting, as part of the smart buyer program.
Was told that if I have any issues to let them know as soon as possible so that they could take care of it for me in the first year.
I signed on the house and Celso wrote up work orders to take care of the repairs. Now I'm being told that because it wasn't in writing they could do nothing for me and I'd have to have the repairs done myself and that their renters are priority.
I'm thoroughly disgusted at the process and the time and energy I've put forth to handle this matter.

Paradise village on Beaver Street has came a long way due to our assistant manager Tina it came a long way since she's been here and I applaud her could we use a few more groundsmen could we use a few more guys to do our work orders yes but all in all it came much a long way I want to applaud whoever got the flower beds done they look Great. I want to applaud Duncan Jerome and Charlie.and so so in all the salesmans.first impression makes a lot when somebody's coming in to rent or buy a trailer All the shoes that are hanging around I wish I could see them gone. The shoes are still there

I lived here in 2012 we moved it was a dump then, that being said I am so amazed how nice it is there with all the new trailers and the fence great work keep it up

We are very great full for the staff at Paradise Village. We want to extend the Thank you out to Javier Precup for taking his time with us, showing us what ever and how ever many homes we wished to see. Javier answered all of our redundant questions making us feel very welcomed and understood. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We can’t wait to be fully moved into our new home at Paradise Village

The process for getting my new home as been smooth so far, new pool and the community is still growing, so new things are being added and still worked on. The community will soon be a gated accessed community which makes me feel a whole lot safer for my family, I’d like to thank my sales agent Javier Precup for taking the time to thoroughly explain the process. And walking me through everything I need to know and do. Very hospitable and yet very professional. Not only is this just a business. But this is a community that welcomes with open arms. And everyone has a voice so far from what I see.

Celso wears an invisible Halo. He made this process seamless and very simple. He kept me informed throughout the whole initial application process. To have someone with a genuine intention to help you during a stressful time is an amazing feeling. Thank you.

We went to our first community party here @ Paradise. It was so nice to get out and meet my new neighbors. The food was great (thank you Jerome). Good times that Tina prepared for us. Refreshing pool, (thank you Charlie). Music and games were fun, Thank you DJ Travis. If you’re looking for a home, they have some great sales guys, Javier, and Celso. The office staff has been very professional and caring every time I see them.

I just bought a mobile home at Paradise Village few months ago and I can say I’m very happy. I will like to thanks the Sales Consultant Celso Martínez. The experience was amazing thanks to his professionalism the process was easy and smooth. Celso was always committed to great service he took his time to help me every step, always
available to answer my calls and questions very patient and knowledgeable he is an expert in his field and thanks to him and Paradise Village now I’m a home owner in a wonderful community

In my personal opinion, the office staff are very friendly and always attentive, they helped me a lot with the purchase of the super beautiful house, and many more things are on the way, swimming pools, play parks for the children and, above all, a super quiet place to the children, which is super important to me.

The best attention that my wife and I have received, super happy to be part of this wonderful community, Mr. Javier, Celso and Tina have been very attentive to all our issues as if they were their own, we have no complaints and there is nothing left but thank you for all your help and willingness towards us… the Paradise Village team is family …

Too many roaming cats. They are causing destruction and mayhem throughout the entire neighborhood. I think everyone has an obligation to care for their animals. They should spade or neuter their cats to keep the pet population under control. They shouldn't be allowed to destroy the neighborhood. I try to keep my garden peaceful and lovely. But the hundreds of cats make it close to impossible to enjoy my garden.

This place has become a lot nicer in the past 10 years. I was very surprised at how clean its gotten. Staff was the downside.

Javier is the best! He always goes above and beyond to work for his customers. His customer service is top notch. Could not be more pleased to have had our sales needs completed by him.

Javier is one of the best ever. Treats you like family and always looks out for the community. This community is quite and chill and everyone is so friendly and clean. It is Paradise.
