We rode on the banana boat and parasailed. It was awesome.

Our 5 kids all went para sailing with Paradise Watersports today and had an awesome time. Afterwards we got our photos nearby at Smiles Beach Photos. All was a good time, reasonably priced and can't wait to do it again. I would give a 10 star rating if I could.

Great experience.lots of low star reviews.hey no one is perfect.but I have nothing but good things to say.very helpful to me.advised me on parking. I got there early.they were running behind a bit due to unforseen things but no worries.we've all ran behind. My ride was longer and I got the number of dips I paid for.captain was great.

Our first experience going parasaling. The captain and his assistant were very friendly. We paid for the extreme package plus pictures. That included 4 miles, the highest feet we could go which I can't remember but it was awesome, and 3 dips. I told the captain the 1st dip didn't count bc only part of my right foot barley touched the water, but overall it was fun. I wish that it could have been just more of a private parasailing experience but we had 6 other people on the boat as well. I would like to do it again but only a private one. Paid $250.50! $95 per person $15 each person for pictures total of $220 b4 taxes and a one time fee of just $14.
We did have fun but I did expect a little bit more considering we paid for the extreme package. But still had fun and was glad to check that one off the bucket? List. Even though it just makes me want to do it again. Maybe next time we can ask about a private parasailing experience!
I also was reading the other reviews and I'm glad that I didn't let that effect my experience. And also the time of year we went the weather was perfect no rain ️ at all. Couldn't ask for a better vacation.

TERRIBLE experience and POOR customer service! Do NOT waste your money on OVERPRICED parasailing. I was informed cameras and gopros were not allowed on the boat. Informed could purchase pictures from Smiles located a mile away. I attempted to obtain and pay for pictures and was informed they did not exist. We rode on the Big Bad Wolf boat with driver Jason and a younger boy took the pictures. Very DISAPPOINTED as this was my first experience and I have ZERO pictures! The company is blaming Smiles photography. However the pictures are taken by Adventures at Sea employees. I will NEVER use this company going forward.

Had a nice time with my daughter rides seemed kinda short and they never recorded our video which I would have loved to have. But over all good time

Parasailing has been on my bucket list for years and finally at the age of 80, my grandson took me to PCB and took me. It was a wonderful experience and I would go every day if I could. The guys were wonderful that helped me as it was a totally new experience for me. Thanks for making it a GREAT trip and hopefully I can go again!

If negative stars was an option I would put that. Worst experience I have ever had. My family owns condos at coral reef. On Thursday of last week the guy at our stand on the beach told us that the captain never showed up, but to be back at 9 AM the next day. So we did. We signed up, being the third group on the list. Told us to be back at 11 so we were. Well none the less at 11: 30 we asked for an Estimated time and he said at max another two hours and that he didn't know if the captain got arrested or had too many drinks the night before. Mind you we had already been charged almost $1000 to go parasailing at this point. The guy showed up with the banana boat finally around 1 and they took the first two groups and never came back for us. We tried calling the company several times and was told there was no management there and that they were extremely backed up. All day we watched countless people parasail as we sat there with kids waiting all day to go parasailing. By the time 5 rolled around we requested a refund. Countless times we were told it will be another hour or so. We were prepared to go to the actual establishment to discuss the matter in person but thought we would try to call one more time. We finally got ahold of a woman who claimed to be management. We tried explaining our frustration and the lady started to be combative and had absolutely no compassion for the situation. Did not even apologize for the situation and experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am looking at reviews now and it all makes sense.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this place is a SCAM.
We had a reservation for parasaling at a 9am and was told to be there 30 minutes prior departure time.
We got there 10 minutes prior departure and the lady in a rudly way said you guys just missed your boat. There were other people on the same boat and they were finishing their Check in and she could still check us in but she didn't want to. I understand We didn't GET THERE ON TIME but the Check in process is less than 5 minutes.
They Didn't want to put us on a diffent time or give the money back.

BY THE WAY IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS TO YOU.
Just call your Bank and dispute the charge you Will get your money back.
Don't let this people robe you.

So my fiancé has always wanted to go parasailing so I decided to take him on his birthday and paid a lot of money to do so. I decided to pay extra because I wanted the photo package to have memories of it since it was our first time parasailing.had to wait a week to be told they could not locate our photos at all. So much for the memory. And not to mention was offered a refund via Venmo or PayPal (which I have neither of those) then when I requested it the way I paid I got no reply back. I know there are going to be opinions good or bad but when it comes to mine? I would not recommend this place. I knew I should’ve went to Destin and spent a lot LESS 1. (was $30 cheaper) and 2. Much nicer area to begin with anyways. Sorry but I will never go back to this company. Not to mention the ride was $200 for 5 minutes so not worth it.

I wish there was a less than 1 star. Booked online for 2 kids to go up. Minors. They won’t let a parent on the boat to be with them. Seems like a huge liability for them. Cancelled. If refund is not given within the given time frame the BBB will be called. Also, communication is horrible.

Go somewhere else! I have been parasailing a handful of times and this was the worst. The crew didn't really talk to anyone. I think we were up in the air maybe 4 minutes. I knew I should have went somewhere else. PARADISE WATERSPORTS IS A WASTE OF TIME! THERE IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THEY WILL GET ANY BETTER. AVOID THIS PLACE!

My kids had a great time para sailing 7/25/21. We signed up, READ what we were doing and what we were paying for, GOT THERE ON TIME, and had a blast.

I see plenty of bad reviews for this company, but I think it falls more on the incompetence of the ones complaining rather than the company. I have nothing bad to say at all. If I ever make it down to PCB again, I will use them again for more of what they have to offer.

Use your brain and follow directions and you will be satisfied. Great pictures too!
