Paragon Pavilion, Naples FL

Got to the theater at 747 PM for our 730 movie last night on NYE (later than planned) and the guy said they were closed. I called the box office at 7 to confirm the 730 showing. Ruined my ‘night out’ for NYE when we are two minutes late and they close the theater 15 minutes after the showing starts. Terrible attempt to get me going back to the theaters after the advertisement!

EDIT: Management reached out and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

The "bar" wasn't open when I came, and the people were new and weren't very helpful about when or if I could get a cocktail there, HOWEVER, I didn't see this as something that I would downgrade a review for. As far as a theater goes, OMFG this place was fantastic. The popcorn was fresh, they had the butter stations like AMC did, and besides not having coke products the snack bar was as good or better than the big chains.
NOW, the real reason I wanted to drive about an hour to go to this theater to see the latest WW84 movie was the seats. AND OMG THE SEATS WERE HEAVEN. Even with the so called social distancing, no one came in and made us separate out family who all sat together (supposed to be 2 together then 2 apart). The screen was very large for a small theater chain and the sound system was off the chart loud and clear.
All and all I would go again even with the long drive home after sitting for a 3 hour movie.

My all time favorite Movie theater, the place is always very clean and their electric leather recliners are the most comfortable I have found.

Love this theater, somewhat of a hidden gem with Silver Spot across the street at Mercato. More comfortable chairs that lean back and very nice with the restaurants and ice cream in the plaza. Wife and I love the Tuesday movie specials!

This is the best theater I've been too. Including outside of naples. Best food, best seating. The prices are even better than most.

Very affordable. The leather recliners are amazing! I wish this theater was in Fort Myers so I can stop going to Regal.

Pretty good and comfy seats. Can't beat the $6 dollar movies on Tuesdays either. The food is ok and very over priced and like most places beer is way over priced. But if you sneak your own candy and drinks in your wifes perse like I do then it's a pretty great Tuesday night date place.

It's a decent place that locals think is AMAZING and CHEAP! It's not cheap, and it surely isn't luxury.

Really comfortable theater in a good location with many nice places nearby. It is usually pretty busy and is smaller in terms of theaters.

They need to upgrade their screens or projectors. The movies do not look top quality. But other then that it is a Nice theatre.

Great time there with an amazing woman. I suggest this place for everyone to try. Comfortable seats, unbelievable popcorn and other foods and very clean.

I love Paragon Pavilion! I am someone who goes to the movies probably once a week. It supports MoviePass which is great, and it always has such a friendly, helpful staff. Getting tickets is easy and they also offer a rewards program to earn points on food and ticket purchases. Comfy seats, always clean, and also have a large selection of food other then just popcorn which is cool!

It is the most comfortable cinema in Naples. The movie rooms are very clean and the reclinable chairs are awesome. You feel like home there, just with a better sound and a much bigger screen. For me is the best cinema in Naples.

Honestly they should tell people before they go in to see the movie that the theater has like no a/c. I felt so uncomfortable through out the whole movie. Even the lobby had no a/c.

Best movie theater in Naples! Staff is super friendly, love the reclining seats, not super expensive, you get to do your own butter on the popcorn, and very clean!

Theater was clean and the staff was helpful. Food was enjoyable but nothing special and a little pricey, I guess thats to be expected though.

Best place in all of S. W Florida to watch a movie. This has reserved seating, reclining chairs, very comfortable. There is also a bar in the theater, this is another very nice feature. If you enjoy movies this is the best place to view in all of S. W Florida.

Super easy online seat reservations. Great reclining chairs. Nice bar. Really nothing to complain about. The quesadillas are quite tasty too!

Friendly staff. Luxurious reclining seats. Delicious fresh popcorn with self-serve butter and seasonings. The movie experience was as good as it gets with reasonable prices.
