Paragon refinished our pool & did an incredible job! As a result we hired them for weekly maintenance. They go about be and beyond. We then had them install Aqualink; they made sure everything was operating perfectly & showed us how to set & program our pool on our phones.

After Hurricane Irma we had to replace the full complement of pool equipment. Casey recommended and installed upgraded versions of the pump, heater and filter and gave the pool an acid wash. Everything runs better than ever and the pool looks great. Excellent customer service at a very fair price.

What an amazing Pool Company! Every week my pool is sparkling clean. Tim, my pool tech is always on time and does a great job. Today I had a new pump and filter system put in. Erik was on time and very professional. Michelle in the office is the best. She always has a great answer for all my questions. I used Paragon Pools to resurface and replace tiles in my pool and I am very pleased with the outcome. Casey and Eric were awesome. We had our old outdated pool refinished by Paragon Pools. They did a great job by replacing the tile, rebuilding the glass spa waterfall, and refinishing the plaster. We are very happy.

Did a fantastic job of troubleshooting my chlorine generator issue. Their tech that came out spent the time to explain the issue and all the options/recommendations. Ended up having them replace the unit since it was toast and the job they did was top notch. They're the only pool folks I'll be using moving forward.
