5 star facility and 5 star staff. My neighbors are kind. The pool, parking garage, and gym are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Haydee, who works in the front office. She is so helpful and always so positive and pleasant. I am happy to be part of this community.

My daughter and I have been very happy with Paraiso at Fountain Square. The pool is beautiful and the common areas are clean and quiet. The units are well insulated and hurricane ready. We rarely hear our neighbors above or adjoining us. The security provisions for entering and leaving the complex are outstanding. The location is so convenient for all of our shopping needs. One of the best assets of the apartment is a woman named Haydee, who runs the leasing office. Haydee has always been so helpful in every aspect. She is professional in all of our dealings.

I moved into this apartment building in January and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff is amazing - maintenance requests are always completed within a day, and Haydee was extremely helpful when I got stuck in the elevator. The cleaning staff is also fantastic - the common areas always smell clean and there's never any dust. The pool is constantly being cleaned and the neighbors are quiet even on weekends. The amenities are great, especially the fitness center, which is always clean and fresh. Although the coffee machine is only available on weekdays for several hours, I love it and wish it were accessible 24/7 as originally promised. Overall, I highly recommend this place - the staff makes it feel like home and I have zero regrets about choosing to live here.

Apartment itself was modern, clean and had nice amenities. The reason for 3 stars is the office staff (at least at the time of my rental experience) were often very rude and accusatory. Blamed my dog for peeing on the balcony after seeing pee drip down to the area around the pool. I walked down to the office to show them where the pee was actually coming from and it was very clear that it was not my balcony, but actually a floor below me and one over. Neighbors were also very loud.

Excellent location, the building is very well maintained! Close to everything and with good connection to the highways to go to Downtown or Doral. Well maintained common areas. I have rarely had to request repairs in my apartment but every time they have been very kind and fast with whatever the apartment needs! The last time David helped us and excellent treatment and work!
Also in the Office is Haydee, the office manager who is super friendly and helps you with everything you need to rent, renew, doubts, changes and more!
We are really comfortable and happy to be in this building, because of us we will stay here much longer.

Been living here 5 years now and its an absolutely beautiful community. Jorge Santiago, the property manager, in the main office is very helpful and so responsive. Since I've been here there has been office turnover and Jorge is probably one of the best and most professional managers. The maintenance is also very prompt and very professional. Probably one of the best locations in Miami!

UPDATE - If there are more than 5 stars, I would give it. Not just the property manager, but Haydee at the front desk, and Osbel & David from the maintenance team are absolute superstars. All issues are fixed or resolved within days and their service is just excellent. To service such a large community is not an easy task, but this team does its 100% best. Glad to be living here for the 7th year in a row!

Something happened to me today that really upset me, I took my dog ​​for a walk and there was a clearing at the gate of the building my dog ​​couldn't stand it so where was he peeing, I started texting my wife wanting her to bring tools Come down so I can clean up, but then a staff member shows up and tells me with a very nasty attitude that dogs are not allowed to pee, and asks for my apartment number, I try to explain to him but his nasty attitude irritates me so I Cut off the explanation with him and went on a walk with my dog, so he started calling and complaining that I was speaking Spanish, luckily I understand some Spanish and I heard very bad words from him. I am very disappointed, I stayed here for a year. I love this apartment, but I am very disappointed by the bad attitude of this staff, I hope he can understand others and not discriminate against others.
