Parasailing Palm Beach, Riviera Beach FL

We had the best time on our parasailing excursion today! Not only was the boat ride and parasailing so much fun but the crew was amazing. It was so seamless and easy. Definitely recommend!

I have given a previous review before receiving this and please feel free to post it, also.
Paulo (boat captain), Tristin (1st mate - assistant to the captain during excursion) and the staff that telephoned the day prior to confirm our date, were extraordinary in professionalism and customer service.
It was a day for my wife and I to celebrate my wife's birthday and the quality of our sharing relationship. The parasailing adventure was a first for us both and one that we will never forget. It is another event of our exploring the boundaries of personal limitations and reveling in our child-like desires to enjoy our lives to the fullest.
Paulo and Tristin were very professional, accomodating, and illicited Altruistic behavior in conveying through their actions that our having a unique, and safe, experience, was their primary focus. We had the boat to ourselves and they made sure that we would remain safe, secure and be permeated with the experience we could never imagine of having.
The bonuses were the photo package that was very reasonable in cost and performed by Tristin, and to have personal communication and interaction with both Paulo and Tristin. We shared each past experiences and lives, which made it even more personable of an event. We were not just "another customer" and both Paulo and Tristin are passionate about what they do for their customers. That alone, is a gift and an asset to GetWetWatersports, and to be further cultivated as a foundational standard for the company.

We had an amazing time! Our family of 7 rode with Mary and Captain Paulo and 5 of us flew up on the parasail. Felt comfortable, safe and all around an amazing experience. Mary and Paulo are excellent and highly recommend and would do it again!

I can cross this off my bucket list! Mary and Captain P made the experience flawless. Mary was kind and explained everything well. We sailed through the sky like birds after gently leaving the landing deck. On the way back in, the captain dunked us in the water. That made me laugh. I should have worn my suit! I highly recommend!

Captain Paulo and Mary were the best. They were professional and all smiles, very helpful to everyone on board and keen on safety. My son lost his hat while in the air and they even circled back and got it for us after we got back to the boat, which was impressive that they knew right where it had fallen in the water.

Flew with Parasailing Palm Beach on 7/19/2023 at the 10: 30 am sailing. This was my daughter and I’s second time parasailing with this group. It was my daughter’s friend’s first time parasailing and we had an amazing time. Mary and Capt. Paola were amazing. We were the last three flyers and weather had moved into the area which would have prevented us from parasailing. Mary and Paolo came up with options and we ended up holding offshore while the weather passed and we had a great flight. They both worked very hard to ensure everyone was safe and had a great experience. Mary took amazing photos. They even picked us up at Marriott’s Ocean Pointe and took us back. If you want to go parasailing I would recommend you book with Parasailing Palm Beach through Get Wet Watersports. Great and safe operation! Thank you Mary and Capt. Paolo.

We went parasailing with Get Wet. Mary and Luis were awesome. Great communications, candid about safety first, calming to nervous first timers, and made the ride really enjoyable. Highly recommend Get Wet for parasailing. Would definitely recommend it to my future visitors.
