I felt there was no good communication and misinformation. I was not advised well nor really helped at all. It took a few days after I went with them so that I would then be told my case was being dismissed. Right after I was told my case was being dismissed, I felt ignored. Lawyer did not bother to call or answer my call after I missed his one call. Same with secretary did not respond to some of my few questions after regarding my case. Upsetting situation after an accident.
