Good advice, cheap is expensive, this new administration now does not allow you to throw the furniture in its garbage can, but you have to take it yourself to the city and pay to delete it, otherwise they charge you a fee for each object you leave in the apartment when you leave the new administration is bad

Horrible treatment from Tasha, very prejudice and ignorant person. No help whatsoever. If you want to attempt to get assistance you have to go in person. No one ever answers the phone yet when you go inside they are right at their desk…. How they get away with this pathetic customer service is beyond me.

Moved and changed address, only for two pieces of mail that were important get delivered to the old address and the current tenants stole a check and somehow were able to cash it and stole a package for my daughter from her grandma with things that were customized to her! We had to report both times and I tried contacting the office with no results. Yes USPS is at fault for not making sure to forward to us, as our address is changed and they should be checking but it’s pathetic that the tenants there are so careless and rude, and think stealing money and children’s presents is ok! It’s pretty sad I have to worry about my stuff going there and people being so inconsiderate and awful and instead of doing the right thing they take what isn’t there’s.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS: DON’T MOVE HERE. The initial visit went great. Howver, upon moving in, our unit had a very heavy cigarette odor. Office told us they would have it removed but we had to wait 24 hours to get in. Went the next day and nothing was done. It was holiday weekend so we couldn’t talk to the office until a Tuesday. They admitted they didn’t do what they originally said and would now do it. Had to wait another 24 hours. Next day, machine was broken and we would have to wait for a new machine. They also admitted they didn’t clean and paint the unit correctly and that’s why there’s still a cigarette smell. They finally moved us to another unit, which had a dead squirrel and dead rodent on the patio and charged us $400 for the first 6 days of not being able to move in due to their lack of preparedness and follow through.

I have lived here for 5 years, and the issues have just gotten worse every year. The first year, my air conditioning broke 14 times in one summer (yes, 14. I still have the maintenance requests). I had to buy my own washer and dryer, and the piping in the walls was incorrectly installed which caused flooding in the hallway bathroom. The complex told me they would be providing me a washer dryer 2 years after they had made me purchase my own. I ended up donating a nearly new $1100 washer dryer because they said the replacement couldn’t wait until I moved out. The worst issue, however, is the roach infestation. I am an absolute clean freak and we have had dozens of exterminator visits. We even emptied out our entire kitchen; cabinets and pantry, still roaches. There is mold in the bathrooms and walls. The pipes leak and leave mold in the carpets. Jane French is the only helpful person in that office. Everyone else is rude, lazy, and useless. They have switched property managers several times since I have been here. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. My rent has gone up from $1100 when I first moved in, to nearly $1500, for a roach and mold-infested apartment.

I would like to say that the Property Manager Maria is so Great she seems to really care about the residences and her staff Leasing agent Jane French is Super and the maintenance staff is great Always see them on the property working
My only wish is that They would place more Pet stations through out the area The closes one to my Building is all the way at the end of the street and is sometimes difficult to walk all the way to them
I have been here 1 year in April and Have had very few issues with my unit but was resolved within 24 hours
I have signed another year at this Great Place to live

Want to live among trash and risk your health? Look no further! We live in the condominiums BEHIND this dump of a complex and the trash just keeps piling up. It’s been like this since BEFORE Christmas Eve. I’ve tried calling but they never answer, hence the review. This is disgusting.

It's kinda ghetto. Went to tour the place and the golf cart was not working. Ended up walking to the building on our own and found every hallway to be filled with weed, yelling, trash, and what sounded like a domestic disturbance. This place makes you wanna pack heat walking around. Reminds me of something off of bush boulevard and Nebraska if you know what I mean

The assistant manager Yvette is why I won't be renewing after 3 years. The only time we had issues is when Yvette is involved. DONT move here.

Looked at this property. The dumpster was over flowing trash everywhere. Place looked dirty and unkept. I just drove right out.

Im been living at Lake Magdalene Apartment for almost 3 years, and every time that I request all the works to fix in my apartment the only person from maintenance that always do an Awesome job and make a their resident Happy is Sir FRANCISCO! You do an awesome job! Thank you! Keep it up Señor Francisco!

Do not rent here as long as Ivette is in the office.

Ivette is the problem at Park Lake Magdalene, the faster Morgan Properties removes her from the premises, the faster you will see a change in the ratings and staff.

With so many negative reviews about her specifically it's odd she's still here. Being unprofessional, rude, threatening, untruthful, etc are not what residents should be dealing with when living here. Ivette isn't capable of her most basic job duties and speaks to the residents, future residents and staff as though everyone is beneath her. The way she speaks to the elderly lady in the office is appalling and needs to be addressed. She openly boasts she's allowed to speak however she wants and Morgan properties loves her because she makes them money so they allow her to behave this way. We should never hear this in the office.

Tampa knows not to move here with all the word of mouth reviews from previous renters.

It's time for Ivette to be removed for all the tenants happiness and Morgan Properties reputation.

The apartment hallway was extremely dirty and not inviting at all. I had roaches in my apartment which I had to call & have the exterminator come out multiple times. We left after 4 months & had to buyout the lease for a dirty roach infested apartment. Rent was just under $2k for a horrible apartment. Do not rent, please read reviews as they are TRUE, go somewhere where the apartments are truly updated if you’re going pay that kind of rent.

The laundry room situation is unacceptable there is none they have been closed and no one can tell you when they will reopen which means your paying for them and have to take your cloths to be washed out of the park at lake magdalene

I visited The Park at Lake Magdalene to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment home and was not sure what to expect. I can honestly say that the property and the staff exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The community was extremely well kept. The assistant manager Ivette was very helpful and Kind. She answered all of my questions. I decided to lease immediately. My move in was smooth and time efficient. I love my apartment and it's amazing lake view. I am very happy!

The nasty lady in the office, Ivette is one of the rudest, nastiest, unhelpful people this awful complex has, just a miserable sad human. The buildings are old, infested with bugs and the management are terrible people. If I could provide 0 stars. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Just don’t do it ; pay the extra money to get you into a decent apartment complex the number of issues going on here is extremely true many water damage and leaks problems and ac and carpet: won’t be surprised if mold as well, termites everything you can’t think of we got it, a resident since 2020 oh and property manager if you like to be talk to as a animal go right ahead

Me and my husband applied for an apartment there one month ago. They haven't answered anything so far. We are still waiting for it. Trying to call but it is to difficult speak with someone there. It's crazy: S looks like they don't have anybody working there, just the leasing person
