Park 'N Go, Fort Lauderdale FL

I have been using Park N Go for years and never had the experience I had Sunday June 18,2023. Sunday night around 9pm I was picked up by one of their drivers, the service was terrible. The driver did not speak english good, he drove terrible he hit a curb and a tree. The driver took almost 40 mins to find my SUV. Once it was found I got out of the shuttle, open my car door and noticed my car shifter cover was broken. When I complained to the Staff the gentlemen, said well it is functional now right? And said the line is long and if I could carry on. So, then I asked for the manager's contact. He gave me a name and told me to call the next morning. I did and they said he was not there. After this experience I will not be using PARK N Go. I now had to spend money to fix my shifter. Definitely don't appreciate the unprofessionalism and disrespect.

So close to Lauderdale airport which was convenient. A reasonable rate and the shuttle service was good. Wonderful that it was open 24/7.

I was about to park at this place when but when I saw the woman at the gate screaming on me, I cancel my intentions to use this place. This kind of people insisting in convert South Florida in a Banana Republic and I think as a client I deserve better treatment. Good luck but I'm personally never use this place again!

Been here several times and I find it the most convenient place to park at the airport. Easy in and out to the highway, and plenty of shuttle buses.

This is by far the easiest cruise parking experience available. Book on line, drive into the covered valet station, they grab your bags, park your car and bus you to your ship. No hassles, no waiting. On return the shuttle meets you at the cruise terminal and takes you to your car. They even give you a bottle of water for the ride out! I've used them a lot, no better choice for Ft Lauderdale.

Nice, full service lot. Great place to park your car for extended periods like cruises & flights. Only issue is it's located near the Ft. Lauderdale port, so it's near sea level and can easily get flooded.

Completely unethical company. My car was affected by the flooding at FLL and I was unable to pick up my car because they company told me their driveway was flooded. When I got to the lot, my car was parked directly next to a canal. They didn’t even try to move any of the cars: (. But the thing that disappointed me the most is the fact that they CHARGED ME for the days that I was unable to pick up my car. The manager, Dave, would not let me leave without paying the fee, stating “well, you were parked here. We’re not just gonna give you free parking. ” This is even though I was refused the opportunity to pick up my car before AND my car had just been destroyed in their parking lot. So messed up and so disappointing- especially after seeing my car filled with water. You would think that the company would be kinder and at least waive the fees for those affected by the floods that had no choice but to leave their cars there. I think he ended up waiving a day for me - only after he saw that I was about to cry, lol.

Please note that I am only complaining about being charged for the extra days- not my original planned days that were paid in advance. The whole experience made me really sad. Never again.

Drivers are friendly, shuttle services are excellent with fast pickup at the airport and they gave us mini water bottles when we arrived. Called twice to confirm the time of our flight changed, customer service told us it was okay because the dates were the same, when exiting the parking they charged us extra stating they charge if you're not in the time selected when booked online.

I would never park my vehicle here again… tge staff here is very rude… And I don’t mean to sound inappropriate, but I do feel that many of them have mental disabilities which inhibits them from providing good customer service. Staff is very incompetent. My car got flooded in the parking lot and sat there for days without them doing anything. They had the keys to the car they could have moved it, or try to start it… They did nothing… again. I think the mental capacity of the stuff comes into play here as well.

UPDATE. 04/18/2023. We were affected by the recent torrential rains in FLL. After a misunderstanding, Rick the manager took care of my issue. Even refunded a fee. Very reasonable and professional. He understands the reality of life today and is a reasonable person. Thank you Rick. GOOD GOOD PEOPLE.

It was a good experience. We parked our car for a week here and went on a cruise. Service was good.

They make the process very seamless. When you get there they take your car valet style and load your bags right onto the shuttle bus. When we got off the ship there was a bus waiting and the driver loaded our bags for us. They drove everyone around to their cars and took our bags back off the bus. My husband left something in the car when we were boarding our ship and didn't notice until we were at the port and the bus was gone. The manager brought us the backpack in his personal car! Very nice people.

Love it! Shuttles are on demand and show up quickly. They also get you to the airport very quickly. Beware though because of their location your car will be dusty when you pick it up.

Love this place! Have been parking here many years when we cruise. Highly recommend! Wouldn't park anywhere else!

Absolutely the best and easiest way to park for cruises leaving Port Everglades. Simply drive up to the covered unloading zone, hand the driver your luggage, get on board and in 5 minutes you're at the port. Upon arrival back, the van was waiting and dropped us off right at our car. I wouldn't park anywhere else.and it's cheaper than parking at the port itself. Easy to and from I-95.

An amazingly well run business. Make reservations in advance as they are almost always filled to capacity. Excellent service.
