3I've been a resident going on 6 years. I work second shift, my wife works first shift. I arrived home at 12: 35 am and parked in front to go in and retrieve my wife's keys to switch parking places. At 12: 38 am a tow truck immediately hooked up my car and refused to release it unless I paid him cash. He says this scam was organized by park manager who lives next door. This is a con and a scam as explained by Pinellas Park Police. This is so wrong and what the manager js doing is illegal. Shame on the Park for this unlawful Business Practice.
This is a large very nice, clean and well maintained 55+ community. They have a nice community center and pool!
Seems like a nice, quiet community. They've got a clubhouse and a pool. I'm visiting a a guest, so I can't comment much on how that holds up over time.
