Park Towers Apartments, Miami FL

If I could give this place 0 star i would. I have been living here for about 4 years and this is the worst it has gotten with the management team. My lease was supposed to renewed in Sept they never sent me the new lease. I went to the office two months in advance spoke to Aida she told me that she will send it by mail ; never did!
I then received a notice for Oct saying my rent is up from $1515 to $1816. I emailed them I told them to give me an explanation of why I never received a renewal and why my rent went up so high they never responded. I went to the office to talk about it that’s when they told me that they will not be renewing my lease and I have to be out by November 28 2023. RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. Never once had the complex call me regarding anything I was doing wrong. Their excuse were I’m causing mold, 90% of the units have mold. How am I responsible?
Came to find out one of their workers at the office want my apartment because it’ is one of the new models
I am not sure what to make of this and I personally think this a so wrong on so many levels to not allow a good tenant to renew their lease or even give them an option for another unit. Now I am left to go on a goose hunt for another apt stressed out and having to come up with thousands just to move. And when I contacted management they told me that it is the decision of the owners of the complex which from my understanding it is YMP management. I have tired calling and emailing and I have not yet even get a call back or any type of answer. Yes, if I had done something wrong then I would have just left without a word but I have done NOTHING!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I moved here 6 months, 1 month my car was towed, no sign that states no park, after a lot of cars got tows they put a sign. Holes in pavement in parking lot, street coming and going out, and management don't care, if your tires get damaged.
Elevator is broken a for weeks at times.

Living here hasn’t been much of a problem until this morning. I park my car behind a locked gate and I wake up to my tire gone. MY WHOLE TIRE! And then I hear that this has been happening all weekend. Yet you didn’t think to notify the people living in your building of this? No compensation for anything. Not only do I have to pay out of pocket for all of this bc it’s not worth going through insurance, but they still can’t even figure out who did it. I’m literally parking my car at someone else’s house and ubering to it. That’s how unsafe I feel trusting this property. I understand the company is trying to do as much as they can but this should not have been happening all weekend without an email or something being sent out. Something needs to be done about this asap. And a big apart of this post is to let anyone know living here since the building is not.

It’s been a great experience living here.the staff at the office makes all the process go smoothly.my favorite are Angela Triangle and Mia Chirino they always helps me with anything and everything very quickly.great person! 10/10 recommend

I’ve been here for a few months now, and it is very unfortunate. The conditions of the hallway, the conditions of the elevator, how bad the hallways smells sometimes and it’s definitely not food how dirty it is inside of the elevators house. Some of the hallways on some of the floors are dark and gloomy. Pretty scary kind of like a haunted house. Upon moving, and they told us that they will be renovating the gym, but they would be renovating the computer room. None of this stuff has been done. Is that care! None of the people that work inside of the office when you try to go downstairs to see if someone is in the office they closed sign up with the lights off inside of the office. You have to call. Times to remind them of a maintenance issue. The Haitian girl that works in the office She’s just nice but you can tell she’s extremely lazy never picks up the office in the office. Doors are always close. Come to find out she lives on the first floor. So why would she go to the office on the first floor. My vehicle along with several other vehicles. A lot had been broken into. It’s unfortunate the building in the front of the entrance. Inside of their lobby, they had Christmas lights in more a Christmas feel when you enter Park Towers and you have a big chunk of grass attached to a wall in the lobby. The housekeeper uses the same dirty mop floor, I have seen it with my own eyes. She starts from the top and works for way she’s on the third floor or on the lobby. Floor mop is completely black and the water looks like dirty, muddy water. I mean, why are they not using an industrial mop to mop hallways of an apartment complex instead of using a mop that’s used for a kitchen. I have a. Think twice before moving to Park Towers. The only reason I gave it a two star is fortunately we have not had any maintenance issues inside of our home but outside of our doors it looks like a haunted scary dirty house! And I am definitely first and last name along with my correct email for fear of retaliation from the building! But yes to whoever is going to respond to this email I do live at the park tower apartments. I haven’t even tried to call corporate. Left plenty of voicemails. Nobody has answered.
