We love Lincoln of Tampa! The service is always top notch. Fast turnaround and very friendly staff.

Yesterday my husband and I went to purchase our Lincoln aviator. We want to thank Sebastián González for his professionalism and all his help. 100% recommended!

I had an exceptional experience with the Lincoln team, especially Fred. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me pick an awesome vehicle. This is my fourth vehicle! And it never feels like I was buying a car Instead, it felt like I was building relationships. I want to thank Fred again for the fantastic experience. The general manager was also an awesome guy, and the rest of the Lincoln team!

I purchased a car from Parks Lincoln on
Wednesday. I'm a long time customer. Never had a problem here with this dealership. Fred Fullbright is an exemplary salesperson.
He made the experience of buying my car smooth, and relaxing.
There was no pressure.
He explained to me the features of the car while we test driving and after the sale he explained how great this car (Fusion) was and how reliable.
My experience with Fred was just outstanding.

I know in the future, I will be back at Parks Lincoln to purchase a car. And with this car will be bringing it for service.

Fred was one of the best people I’ve ever met. His hospitality was absolutely amazing and we felt right at home with him. He showed us everything Lincoln had to offer and we were just amazed to say the least. Definitely heading back here one day. Thank you!

I helped my Mom purchase a car thru Parks of Lincoln Tampa. Sebastian Gonzalez was our Product Consultant. He was fabulous, the whole purchase experience was easy and smooth. Sebastian was knowledgeable and went above and beyond! We will be loyal customers for life.

I had oil change package with Tire rotation and was a good experience with Harry (very friendly), he explained to me everything and washed my car too.

I had to take my Navigator in for a recall & the service was excellent. They did the repairs in the time given and they even washed it and vacuumed it out. Really thrilled with the excellent service.

Excellent Lincoln dealership and service center. Purchasing my Lincoln was a great experience and so has been servicing it! I have purchased multiple vehicles here and caused others to buy vehicles here.

It felt like buying a car from family. The experience was really fast and well organized. The general manager, finance manager and the sales person were all extremely friendly. I would recommend this dealer for your next purchase.

This Place is terrible and the sales staff is shady at best, I found a car online and called the salesman, he assured me the internet price was correct and all they would add was the taxes and doc fees. I give them all my information and let them run a credit check and once approved the price of the vehicle went from 23,999 to over 25,999 and this was before taxes and document fees!? The Sales manager stated theses fees of $2,000 are for cleaning and refurbishing the vehicle, when I asked why this wasn't included in the internet price he laughed and said they are two separate things! Absolutely Ridiculous! This is a classic bait and switch, I thought Dealerships had moved past these tactics with the transparency of the internet but I guess they still play old games at PARKS LINCOIN OF TAMPA. I would stay away from this place unless you like to be up charged and ripped off!

Called the Dealer back as I was asked to per the feedback, sent me to the Director of Communication and got her voicemail. Left her a message and Suprise, no call back. This response to my review was generic and disingenuous.
