The employees at the Parks Toyota of Deland are great with helping me get the truck I wanted to buy. I was helped by Alessandro who helped me get credit approval for financing over my cellphone. He was fast and smooth with the process and responds fast to questions. I arrived at the dealership and a salesperson named Kenneth came and pulled up the truck I wanted to see. He also let me check it out and test drive it. He also sold me the truck even though it was not for sale yet. That made me happy. I was also helped by a finance employee named Francisco who processed my documents and got my month to month payments right. He also helped with my registration and got me a new plate. Overall the team was excellent at closing the deal.

Racquel kerr was very professional she greeted as with an amazing smile she's not pushy she was very knowledgeable and friendly and now she's apart of my family she did an amazing job. She got us into the truck we wanted on a budget thank you Racquel

Great service, we should of read everything he washaving us sign, but he was flying though it. Kinda got lost in the quickness of it all. But. Services people were great, super friendly the place was clean. The bathroom was as well.

Do not go here. They don’t care about their customers only about their money. Go to the Toyota in Daytona beach they are amazing and have 100/10 customer service.
