Staff is very professional and courteous. No waiting for appointment. The office is clean. Doctors and staff are very caring professionals.

I have been a patient for 10 + years the staff is always helpful and happy. The doctor is great. Wait time is minimal I would refer this doctors office to everyone. They really care.

Horrible rude staff, they act as if your bothering them if you need questions answered. Or like they are doing you a favor for simply doing thier job. And as far as their medical marijuana program. They're quick to take your money but, take no accountability when you realize your not getting what you paid for! They are on my insurance registar and i unfortunately picked them. Now I'm calling my insurance provider to complain about Parnell medical. If you have them find another doctor and staff that care about you and not this slip shod outfit!

Was lost.as far as where to get the medical help.i needed.then there they was! The young lady who checks you out and helps with insurance.went above her duties to help me.thank you and God Bless.

Parnell healthcare. Friendly staff and Jason is the best. I have never had an issue at all with anything here. I recommend them 4 at LEAST ur Medical Marijuana approvals.

These ladies have always been there for me. Been coming here 4 years and they treat me like family. Dan is the greatest and always has time to listen and talk! Thanks guys for all you do for me!

This is THE best place to go! The ladies at the desk are so super friendly and I feel like family there! Dr. Parnell is so easy to talk to and he REALLY LISTENS to me, not like other doctors. I would recommend this doctor office to everyone.

Today June 1st 2021 never felt so disrespected by the answering service rudest person I've ever heard answer the phone you need to find someone answer the phone that actually is has a pleasure or enjoys her job at that completely disrespectful and completely rude tell her she needs to find a new job

The most disrespectful, rude staff I've ever had to deal with. They rarely answer your calls, and when they do, they argue with you and berate you like a criminal. They should be ashamed of the way they treat people. And think about if there's anyone they care about who needs help from someone in their position. Would you treat them how you just treated me? SHAME

If I could give this office a minus 5 stars I would but it makes you select one star to post! They don't care about patient or family that the doctor's flippant decisions affect. I understand Hipaa laws and privacy but general advice about a medication that is having very negative and dangerous effects on a patient should be addressed. Even if it is generic counseling regarding that med. DO NOT GO HERE!

You didn’t receive my business because I was there to get a check up but your front desk girl was there to argue for some stupid reason either way trash like behavior gotta wait a week but on to a better business to get checked out in future when your wrong your wrong teach your staff to be better
