Party City, Kissimmee FL

Horrible customer service. This store is always busy and their employees are mostly on break, they only have one cashier. I always have to call to speak with a manager, the employees see 5,7 10 people in line and they don't care. I spoke to a manager and she said, there is nothing she can do, and blamed covid. If Party City headquarters and CEO do not maintain their store theybshould close them

When I went to purchase balloons and supplies for a birthday party, 1 - The store had barely any supplies. 2 - I went to purchase balloons and they said they couldn’t fill them up until 1 hour when I went to cash out. I told the cashier I don’t live in the area and they were the nearest party city to where I live, which is a 35-40 minute drive. I don’t understand why they weren’t able to just quickly blow up these balloons they were just plain balloons. And the store had barely anyone in it.

There computer system kept shutting down, Only 2 registers were open and there was 7 additional customers waiting on line. Since ordering birthday balloons takes time, supervisor should have opened another register, instead was answering questions. Therefore only 3 stars for today.

Customer service really sucks. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I call them and they let me on hold for 1 hour. I call them again and they just didn’t answer and ended up hunging up the phone.

No personal, waiting for 3 balloons have to wait 3 hours, theres got to be a better system for a big store, one line only balloons, need to improve so they dont lost customers

This store is disgusting, unorganized and trashy. Wayyy under staffed, with rude and unprofessional people. They take 4 hours to blowup balloons, when the dollar store across the street can do it in 4 minutes. Plan ahead and just buy your party supplies off Amazon, cheaper and better organized that this disgrace of a store.

Good service. A lot of supplies and inventory. The employees are very nice and polite. There is a little problem with the lines, the time I went there it was packed and there was 40 people in the line.

Super helpful staff. Found what we wanted and more. Easy in and out. Parking right in front on a Friday at noon.

I was looking for a mohana piñata I wish I new his name he went out his way to find me one. There was a trailer been of loaded at the time he went in it to take a look and walaaa got us one

As a photographer in the area Party City is our stop for balloons and props for our photos. Have gotten many great deals from the clearance section here! The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Zero customer service. As if it's a bother to be asked a question. Prices marked are sometimes different at register and cashiers do not care. I can go to Amazon ang get prices cheaper, I went looking for help for my daughter's birthday party, instead I got a stomach ache from this awful service.

The worst, most rude customer service I have ever experienced. It's almost like they hate the customers. I was just there to get graduation decorations for a party. I had an (over-priced) balloon bouquet and needed it inflated. As I waited for the staff person Bryan to finished with the young lady in front of me (who was barely dressed) I notice how friendly and talkative he was with her and thought I would be having a similar experience. WRONG! When I got to the counter he walked away. I thought maybe he was straightening up after the last customer. Nope! He just simply started talking to another employee as I stood there waiting for service. I placed my item on the counter and had to ask if he was the person to help with inflating balloons! He mumbled something and moved back to his conversation with the other employee. I asked what he said he just looked at me as if he had no clue why I was in the line (or on the planet). I once again asked for help with inflating the balloons. He took the package reluctantly, filled the balloons and told me I had to go stand in line to pay for the bag that was right behind him. I asked why he said because that's the policy. I asked if he could simply bag them and let me make one trip to the other counter instead of coming back. He mumbled something and walked away. I asked if he was having a bad day or if i had offended him and told him his attitude was deplorable and I was not pleased with his mumbles and disrespect. I then proceeded to the check out counter and asked for a manager. The cashier pointed to the person at the register closer to the balloon inflation area and said she would help me. It was then that I realized that the so-called manager was standing less than 10ft away from that whole episode I had with Bryan. She saw and heard the whole ordeal but did nothing to intervene, correct it or otherwise "manage" the situation and employee. I then knew it was useless to make a compliant with her, so I asked for corporate contact infornation. The whole ordeal was unnecessary and unprofessional. That store needs new management and certainly needs new staff.

Loved this store! It was huge, with a great selection, and the clearance section was enormous. Got a lot of discounted products for my boy’s birthday party!

I go here for all my party needs. It's a fun shopping place/experience. Huge store and lots of different things for all kinds of party. Walking in there immediately puts you in "party mode". Totally love Party City!

Called ahead for a theme which they did not have when I got there. Place has alot OF items but WAY OVER PRICED. BUT Customer service was GREAT with ALL STAFF MEMBERS.

Worst customer service in Osceola County. Un professional children run this store. Embarrassment to party city name. Point blank liars! High school staff and semi retarded adults. Apparently according to a so called manager store patrons answer their phones.yeah ok. I hope in a year and a half they have all been fired and have new staff.
