Party City, Hialeah FL

Nice place but no employee that help in the floor and the employees are very lazy in cash register

Clean, Everything organized and found everything we needed. Great prices. Cashier and staff very nice and helpful. Everything I ask, they knew what line and location. Nice! I order plan cakes but Party City makes it possible for me to get my idea out.

Worst party city I have ever been to! I asked an employee about a party pack that is listed online as in stock, I simply wanted to see it. She told me that it was only in stock in the warehouse and that if I were to order it online for store pick up, they would cancel it, "I have worked here for 4 months, never seen this party pack, and that's how we do things. If not in store and only in the warehouse, we cancel it". When I asked about the bear balloon, she grabbed a paper, pointed to a different bear and said "That's the only bear balloon we have". I took her work and walked around the store. I ended up finding the exact party pack I was looking for! I didn't want to buy anything from there except the 'mama bear' sash they had. As I was checking out, I looked up and saw the EXACT bear balloon I was looking for! I was so upset, because not only did she tell me they didn't have it, but she felt the need to tell me how long she worked there as if she was an expert and knew way more then I ever would! NEVER GOING TO THAT ONE AGAIN!

Each time I try to call this store, I get a fax machine response.one that sounds terrible. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone.

The manager DANNY is super rude & disrespectful.do not come to this party city because clearly costumer service is horrible.

The managers name is Daniel Cabrera. He is the most ride person I've ever met. I placed an order online and I got my money withdrawn from my account, I never got the email saying that my order was cancelled and never got the items that I had paid for it, still I'm still missing my money from my account. This guy calls himself general manager but he totally lacks of customer service skills. Worst experience ever and for sure I will take my complaint to where ever I have to take it. Never returning to this place!

They need to update their inventory because online they said they had a bunch of supplies that I ordered that I was ready to pick up. Once they got my money online then they cancelled my order because they did not have the items. It makes it really hard to get party supplies when they say they have the items online and then don’t have it and cancel my order. Now I am expecting a refund but I have to wait 3-5 business days just to get my money back just so I can now go in person and buy my items somewhere else. Because THEY HAVE JUST LOST BUSINESS!

The new girl with bright pink hair is really sweet and helpful, makes the place a whole lot nicer

Fui la tienda party city de Hialeah a buscar unas bases donde poner los cupcakes para el cumpleaños de mi hijo, las bases para cupcakes estaban a la venta hacia una semana.pero esa sesión ahora se vacía para Halloween y no lo venden hasta que pasa la fecha. Así que mejor no celebrar en esa fecha porque Halloween es prioridad en tiendas como party city de Hialeah. Una decepción total.
I went to the party city store in Hialeah to find some bases where to put the cupcakes for my son's birthday, the cupcake bases were on sale the last week.but that session is now empty for Halloween and they don't sell it until the Halloween date passes. So it is better not to celebrate on that date because Halloween is a priority in stores like party city of Hialeah. I am very disappointment.
