Debrah made us wait so long in line I literally decided to leave the store after 45 minutes of standing in line. They need more cashiers present.

It's always fun shopping at party City especially during Halloween. This stores shelves were well stocked with really cool and creative Halloween costumes and decorations. Highly recommend staff is available and helpful

Kind of grungy.maybe not enough help. They were very busy when we were there, which is a good thing. May need to hire more staff.

I give 3 and a half stars. When I entered, I was greeted almost immediately by a young male associate, he was charismatic, courteous, and helpful. He asked if there was anything he could do to assist, I asked for something, he helped me right away. He gets 5 stars. Now, the young female behind the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She did everything that was expected of a paid employee.who is content with the bare minimum, so she gets 1 and a half stars. I call it like I see it. You can't have employees working on their own different frequencies, it decreases productivity and moral.

Curbside pick-up was quick! Call their number and wait. I made my purchase online and spent the day driving to different stores for Dr. Suess products.
