If you’re visiting Party City in Ormond, ask for Connor. He made my experience soooo easy and was the friendliest person I’ve ever met. He definitely restored my faith in humanity! Thank you, Connor!

So, I was going to pick up some regular balloons for my sons birthday I filled six balloons for $11 and change… Prices are ridiculous! Then they gave me a direction note to keep the air cold and the balloons would hold their air better… I’m like well the birthday is tomorrow it’ll be fine I have my air on 73 all the time anyway so I get them home tie them up about 3: 30 PM… Went to work from 4 PM till 8 PM came back home got ready for sleep woke up the next morning and the balloons were already down… Beyond frustrated I could not believe it! The designer balloons I got that say happy birthday on them and what not from the dollar store lasted for days… Very discouraging with the high prices that they charge for helium!

Tish, Dylan and Connor were very helpful while I shopped decorations for an office party/event. Super efficient and knowledgable with all the product we discussed and handled.

Connor and Jasmine were amazing! They helped me pull off my little girls birthday on a work day! That had so much patience with myself and friend! I couldn’t avast for a better customer support!

Didn't have anything I was looking for. 70th birthday. Color of table cloths. Decorations for adult themes. Very disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would. I had a horrible experience with this location, the manager could care less, and was not apologetic for anything. I will never order from this location again. I will not recommend them to anyone else.

I ordered a 15 piece balloon bouquet to be delivered for my father’s 60th birthday. I have made purchases via party city several times and this was the worse experience I have ever had. I received a notification that the balloons were delivered but was confused because I heard nothing from my parents. So I called and they said they received nothing. I had my dad go downstairs, and outside to see if they were just dumped and not properly delivered but nothing. I called the store and waited over 20 mins while the manager contacted the delivery company who they outsource the delivery to find out where the balloons were delivered too. It was then discovered that the driver did not make the delivery at all. I made sure to provide a 20% tip to the driver because I wanted the delivery to go well. I provided the recipients number and call box number which the store manager had confirmed was provided to the driver. The order had to be remade and delivered. Almost two hours later they were delivered. For all my trouble Party City gave me $5 off my next $25 order. What a slap on the face but meanwhile companies are losing more and more customers, closing stores and wondering why. This is why! Do better by your loyal customers and care more about your customers’ experience.

Party City had everything I needed for my 65th Birthday Party. Color choices, fun toys. Great to be a kid again!

Prices are always fair and you can find whatever you need for whatever occasion n if you dont see it there you go to Amazon

So disappointed. I got balloons delivered for my gender reveal and they were not what I was expecting. The balloons were pretty themselves. But I asked for the balloons to be 6 ft high. I received them and they were 2 ft high. They also kept popping, 4 of them popped before the reveal and I had only received them an hour before.

This place was fantastic but I have never set up a birthday before and I took my time browsing every isle. The employees were great and I will definitely come back for all occasions.

Lots of Halloween costumes were missing pieces. Employees followed everyone so closely so I am not sure how that could have happened.
But discount given at front for missing items.

Our order wasn't ready on arrival, but they had been very busy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The order was completed in less than 15 minutes. Good job!

Nice clean store with great selection even close to Halloween. The selection is dwindling but they have all of your costune a d party needs. Staff was very friendly and awesome as well.
