Huge party city! They had everything I needed when I came here. The staff was friendly and the store was really clean.

I had a large balloon order. 33 pink balloons. I went the day before to order, and set up a pickup for next day. Both girls that helped me that day, were polite, and professional. They were so easy to work with. The next day I went back and the balloons were ready, and the young lady that helped me was also kind and helpful. So glad to be able to say that my experience was perfect/excellent.

Was looking for Eid decorations. Store did not have anything. Store staff directed me to go to the 441 Party City location in Royal Palm Beach. Neither location had decorations I could use, I was very disappointed as the Party City website stating they carried Eid items.

I ordered my balloons online and paid for them and they were delivered within the time frame that they said.

The balloons were beautiful.

Plastic waste store. It’s useful in a pinch, but easy to buy trashy plastic or balloons and contribute to the world’s single use waste issue.

Poor customer service especially from the manager the heavy set white male. Never ask if you need help, I guess good customer service is hard to get or do. I wish I could give zero stars.

Couldn't find any roblox decor but found a tiktok theme that turned out amazing for my 8 yr old. Glad party city is still around.

Who ever filled my gender reveal box did not read the card correctly. We specifically told them they were twins and gender (s) were inside of envelope. We were told theyd use 3 balloons for each. So we explained to use pink for girls blue for boys.etc. Depending on what they were. Thankfully we had our results given back to us and after the reveal I read the card and the card revealed instead of them being both girls like the balloons revealed they were boy and girl twins. What an embarrassment and waste of money. I never write reviews but me being in the customer service industry I honestly say this was poor negligence on the reps part. She must of assumed it was a girl just by looking at the post it that was a fluorescent pink color.

I got the best Halloween costume for my son at a very reasonable price! I ordered online and was ready within an hour for pick up. A very smooth process! I love the options that they have. Also, the fitting, quality and size of the costume was excellent! Thank you very much.

The line is extremely long (about 35- 40 people), they're extremely slow checking out people. Ed, the manager who's hiding in the backroom (where you pick up your costume) is very rude. As I waited to pick up a costume, he walked out of the backroom pass me without even acknowledging me at all (NOT a hello or I'll be with you shortly) He have short patience with customers and spoke to the employee like if he was home talking to his own child right in front of me. This location NEED better leadership!

Had an issue with an online order and the 1-800 number was useless. Thomas was the manager that helped me with my issue he needs a raise ASAP!

Had a terrible experience here. I ordered three items online to pick up in store. When I picked up my items, there was something missing and no one in the store told me the item wasn't in my bag and i was still charged for it. I called the store back not ten minutes later, and they let me know the item was out of stock. If i had not noticed the item was not there, i would have just paid for something that i did not receive.

The woman from the store said she would issue a refund to my card. Two weeks later, the refund had never been issued. I called the store again and the store manager confirmed that the refund hadn't been issued. The woman I originally spoke to lied to my face and did not refund me for an item i did not receive.

The store manager was actually very helpful, but just very frustrating and shady situation to deal with. I was charged for an item I didn't receive, then lied to about a refund. Really gross business practices.

Staff were kind of rude and they don't have a good selection of girls party supplies. I was pretty surprised and a little disappointed!

I Had an order for Father's Day for my daughter's High School graduation party. The balloons that they were going to Uber out to me to the park, the Uber driver was given the wrong address and went to my billing address instead of the party address. The arrangement was supposed to be dropped off by 12 noon I did not receive my balloons until 4 p.m. The party was over at 6pm. On top of that a few of them have busted it was so tangled up and deflated that I couldn't even use them.just pick up your balloons instead.

Placed an online order and it was very quick. In and out for planning the party. Everything is always organized and employees are always so helpful
