Good variety of age specific items. Got my sister a 50s light up crown & sash for under $20.
Worst customer service. I wish I could say it was a once time case but over the past 6 months all four times I was there the customer service was horrible. Such a shame their employees don't care about the customers.
Had to get some heart shaped ballon’s for a wedding. They helped me get exactly what the bride wanted.
Had issues returning something. Hung up on me when I 1st called. And 2nd call attempt they were not willing to work with me on a return on an item not used and purchased less than 30 min of wanting to return.
This the new place I let my kids have fun, and try stuff. Big round lollipop my favorite.

I visited this party city location because I needed stuff for my wedding I was in a tight squeeze and didn’t have a lot of time but I met this associate there his name was Cameron he went above and beyond to help me he was fast efficient save me lots of time he was very knowledgeable about the products of the soul and was able to help me quickly to get everything I needed he made my experience feel more like we were family then I was a customer what an amazing guy keep it up party city its employees like this that make your business shine
The employee was very friendly. She showed me the few costumes they had in stock. Unfortunately there were very few costumes to choose from
Everyone was very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed. They were getting very well stocked. Check out line went pretty fast
Edward the manager is a huge as*hole. Avoid coming to this location if you can. He refuses to help you. He is rude to customers and the poor staff working there. If you come in with kids just don’t. He will make fun of your parenting skills to other employees and customers. He will Shame you based on your body type telling you a costume is going to be too small for you. He needs to learn how to mind his own business. I hope Edward either quits or gets fired ASAP because he is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This store is a total disaster. I only went in for a couple of things but it was such a mess boxes everywhere carts filled with merchandise that probably was supposed to be back on the shelves just a mess. They should hire people to come in at night and clean up the place

They dont have any costumes do they even restock they dont even have my costume my parents went this morning but they still didnt have it
THIS STORE IS A DISASTER! BOXES EVERYWHERE TRASH LAYING EVERYWHERE. DON'T SHOP HERE. GO TO THE ONE ON GLADES RD! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN FOR A FEW MONTHS AND GET IT BACK UP AND ORGANIZED. ALSO, FIRE THE MANAGER
