Party City, Miami Gardens FL

We ordered three different types of ballons for our sons birthday on November 6th for pickup at 10am.
We paid the extra cost for the helium option.
Atleast 4 ballons of 12+ were out of air by 11: 30am.
Not a great option

I can honestly say this is the only party city you can call where they won't hang up the phone on you, I live in Pembroke Pines and I go to the one in university or pines, but I have to go all the way to Miami lakes, because the staff is friendly, I just think party city need to revised their customer service, is ashamed that such a big company don't select their employees more carefully, I am giving 5 stars because sometimes there is too many things on boxes and yes employees are more into stocking or task than helping costumers with questions, only some take the time to walk you and show you, but overall I never have a bad experience in this location, also they are cleaner than other party city stores in broward area.

I ordered for curbside pick up. The young woman who delivered my order was pleasant and polite even though I could tell she was rushing to get back inside. The wait was a little long but honestly, that was to be expected because lots of people were walking in and out. They were busy!

I purchased balloons for my child’s birthday and the same evening they appeared already deflated. I happened to receive an email survey and responded to the survey notifying Party City that while the customer service in store that day was great, the balloons were a disappointment and a waste of money. At 7am the next morning I received a text from someone at the store who offered to replace the balloons! They delivered replacements first thing this morning. They not only replaced the defective balloons, but also sent over a bouquet of other balloons as well. Over and beyond wonderful customer service! Thank you to everyone at the store who made my child’s day!

Great service. We got help at the register by a young associate named Jensen (I think) he was very helpful, thank you!

The manager was so rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Probably racist too. The misery was seeping through her mask! She needs to work at a funeral home and not a party store. I won’t ever shop here with their lame selections and even more lame service.

Store is well stocked and very clean. Not enough people to assist and did not have the item I needed in stock. Understandable it was during holidays and the pandemic. Getting people to work is an issue in many places so that might have contributed to the lack of adequate assistance. I love the store so I will go back.
