Very unpleasant staff in charge, They are in need of Costumer service training. Dale Carnegie will help a lot.

You pay for the service of inflating balloons, very expensive and it is terrible, you make a reservation for balloons, 24 hours in advance and when you arrive at the agreed time they are still unprepared, you waste your time in this store, there is no seriousness or respect for the customer

A week ago I ordered balloons from the website, so easy! I needed them for an early morning event the next day so I had scheduled to pick them up at 8pm the night before. Of course, I remember 10 minutes before 9pm (closing time) but Bella was so kind to open the door for me at 9: 05pm when I called and told her I was speeding my way over. Great customer service!

Staid in line, i had one lady in front of me, after that lady paid the cashier disappeared to serve someone in the store to find something, then the manager Bella came and they spoke about some receipts from another customer, on another register a big line was formed, i was first in line at the cashier i was before anyone was in the store, the manager Bella told me I have to wait 15 minutes untill She finishes with all the customers on the other line that came to the counter after me.
I already paid, i just needed the balloon inflated, so i just returned what i bought, took my money back and left, She has to learn to serve people that are first in the store and not put them at the end of the line just because a person doesn’t speak English, and the spanish speakers have priority

Worst party city I have ever been too! I would give it -5 if I could! Customer service was the worst! And they are slow as hell!

A store disaster, bad image, bucket on the floor to collect water and nylon, it seems that you are at war.
The worst, ordered balloons online to pick up and when it arrived, they ask me to withdraw the order because they don't have gas to fill the balloons.
After an explanation, which I still don't understand, I see 9 new gas cylinders to fill balloons on a shelf, also with a sign that says, order your balloons online.
I ask for an explanation again and they tell me that these new tanks cannot be used because they are reserves and there I am once again convinced that they are at war.
Anyway, some will understand when I tell them that we are very close to the place where nothing has a logical explanation and that sticks.

I was doing work there, and I have forgotten how cool this store is! They have all kinds of neat things, and, the people running it.
