Absolutely loved it. I was going for balloons for my husband's memorial of his 2yr death date. I had the best help from a young gentleman by the name of Giancarlos S. He was such a wonderful person. I was slightly not myself all over the place running on very little sleep, I was running late and this guy was so calming helpful and super fast and made the most beautiful sets of balloon items I've ever seen. And had my other singles set beautifully. Made my entire day and was super awesome. He doesn't realize how much he helped me and made it very simple and fast. He deserves a promotion a raise and an employee of the entire year. Wonderful employee.

I don't know why they don't update their hours in their online stores, it says it's open and you get to the store and it's closed, don't waste people's time.

It was a good location. They didn't face what we needed but they were able to give us directions to the nearest location that did. Very helpful.

The times I have come to look for something for the parties, they are either overpriced, very expensive or they don't have long lines, so if you come to this party city, you better come with time and a lot of money.

It needs to be inflated better. The balloons were out of air the next day. It seems like they don't seal it well and the helium leaks out.
Needs to improve the inflated balloons because the next day looks terrible.

Walked in the store at 7: 59 on 2-28-23 and the cashier was attending like 6 people when he shouts over them ITS 8: 00 ON THE DOT! WE’RE CLOSED! I actually thought he was saying welcome in the beginning. Very rude way to treat a customer. I understand it’s actually at the point you want to close and go home but there’s definitely a better and nicer way to go about it. He could’ve locked the door to prevent other customers from entering or had me enter and closed it right after. Instead he shouts like his life is on the line over the customers he’s already helping. It’s like, God forbid I allow another customer to enter right on the 8: 00 dot. I’ve could’ve been helped and done by the time he was done with the rest of the customers in the store. I would never shut close the door in any customers face.

Clean store, since they filed for Bankruptcy I only seen one person working in the whole store, the wait time will vary, I hope this is not one of the stores that will be closed, this is the only store like this down South.

I love the sales here, needed gas for the food trays, they had them on sale. I cleared them out. Ty guys

They revamped the store and it looks great. Not as much stuff as before, but everything you should need.

Terrible customer service. The
Store manager and employees do not serve customers well. Going there means being angry and waiting 1 hour for them to inflate a balloon.

In this store you can find everything to hold a party, a very clean place and everything well organized.
