Horrible service. The manager on duty was unprofessional and rude. Don’t ever fill your balloons here.
Long checkout process. Employees running around not opening additional cash registers. Took 10 minutes to check out!
Well it's party city. I like this one because most of the time it's not very busy. Employees are on top of things. The line at the register don't get too long. The shelves are always stocked and everything are where they are supposed to be. Parking can sometimes be difficult to find very close to the entrance, but this shopping center has lots of parking in the big open lot.
A sales clerk messed up on an order and the manager blamed us. For a manager to behave like a child is embarrassing! Will never buy from them (pinecrest location) again. Rude and arrogant!
