Excellent service, I loved their decoration and I would definitely hire them again, I recommend them 100%
By far the WORST company I’ve ever rented from. Great and fast service to book but once you come closer to the date of your event the communication is awful. I could never get a time frame for drop off or set up. My set up was not at all what i presented to them. They showed up 15 mins before my party began. They had no tools for set up i had to provide just about everything. Their pick up date is two days later. The day of pick up i can’t get a time frame yet again. Their delivery boys call 10 mins before being there so i rushed to property to only wait two hours before they even show to collect. All equipment was not wiped down and everything old. The bounce house fell idk how many times during party while kids were inside. When they left they popped balloons and left all the popped balloons on the ground. And they had the audacity to ask for tip or to book them for my baby shower
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
