Ordered and paid for couches to be delivered to our wedding venue at the JW Marriott on Marco Island. The couches never showed up to our event. Our coordinator provided them when a map of the location but when they arrived the delivery people didn't have this information. Unfortunately they didn't reach out to me and delivered them to the wrong wedding at the same venue. I reached out to them to ask for a refund and was essentially told they delivered them and it wasn't their fault. Very disappointing.
FOLLOW UP: My husband called back in late December 2021 to have a "civil" conversation as requested. Was told the owner wasn't there and he'd call him back. Still waiting for that call back and it's now April 2022. Not very professional.
