This is my 3rd visit to PCCC and I’m finally getting around to leaving a review. This business has become my “Go-to” for anything and everything auto mechanics! Whether it’s a small issue like a funny noise or an electrical issue to something big like a transmission problem…. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to take care of your mechanical problems fast and in a respectful, friendly and professional manner. These pros are straight-shooters who give it to you straight and I trust them. They will do everything they can to bring the cost down for you and you will be very satisfied with their service. I am so glad I have Pasadena Carcare Center to go to for any issues with my car. Do yourself a favor…go to these guys!

Brought in a tire for repair. In and out in under 30 minutes. They put it back on my vehicle as well. Excellent service.

Excellent service. All employees and technicians were very informative and polite. Billy was excellent.
Service was done on time and appointments were respected.
I highly recommend Pasadena Car Care.

Lack organization, professionalism and customer service. Called ahead and scheduled brake service. Agreed to the date and dropped it off at 7: 45am. They may not understand this, but takes coordination/scheduling/ride etc.to do this on the customer side. Got a call a 3pm saying that they haven't started and work couldn't be done this day. The part that was the most frustrating is the way this was delivered. No apology, no empathy.just a weak explanation that another job went long. When I asked what the point is of making an appt, I was told "well that is why I am calling you now". Not even sure what sense that makes? When I went to pick up my untouched car.no apology, no offer to re-schedule.nothing. I should have known looking at the over-crowded, unorganized "parking lot" what I was in for. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

These guys are A+. I have told my friends to go here. They do a great job at a good price. I will be going back soon for new brakes. I have all the faith they will do a great job. I would not go anywhere else.

Great customer service! Reasonable prices. I love my car now. If something goes wrong right after you pick up, they will tow for free and fix as a good place should. They guarantee their work for your a while. They fixed a gas leak but i still had a slow leak. Couldn't take it in for several months, but they fixed it for no extra charge. Awesome, nice guys.

My wife and my daughter and I have been using PasadenaCarCare for years but
I have been back a couple times but they don’t want to do anything I hope something can be donethis experience that I had is not acceptable… PasadenaCarCare charged me over $4,650.00 to have my shocks removed and replaced at their recommendation. My front end bottoms out every time I go over a medium size bump or up a driveway. They said that my front end is according to factory specs but it is not. I would like management to do something about this. They know me and they know what it’s about I just want my 2004 Mercedes CL55 to be safe. I feel that it is not with the front end being so low

I'm so impressed by this place! They got me in, at the last minute, on the same day my tire was ordered the day before Hurricane Ian which is why I went back today and bought 2 more tires from them. Professional and courtesy and very resonable prices. My new go to place for all my automotive needs in the future!

Probably the most honest car mechanics I’ve ever done business with. Great service, competitive pricing. They are busy (a testament in itself to their business), so it may be a little before there is an open appointment slot. To me, they are well worth the wait.

I went to Pasadena car care because I woke up on Saturday morning and had a metal rod punctured into my tire. They were open early and able to get me in very quickly which was extremely helpful So I didn’t have to change my plans for the day. The gentleman who plugged my tire was very quick, professional, and nice. I was very satisfied with my experience there And will definitely be going back for my future car care needs.

I’m so happy that Pasadena Car Care was able to fix my sons alternator issues. I originally took it to 1-stop auto and they charged me $700 and didn’t even fix the problem. After taking it back to 1-stop 3 times, they either couldn’t resolve the issue or didn’t want to and they refused to make it right or refund us. Thankfully, Pasadena Care Care came to our rescue and was able to find and resolve the issue (s). They are honest and trustworthy and this is where I’ll take my cars from now on. Thank you!

I've been going here for a couple of years now, along with all my co-workers. Nothing but professional and excellent service everytime I take my car in! Always honest and no price gauging! I won't go anywhere else for car repairs!

Updated Review 9/9/22:
Let me start off by saying, I have been coming here for years.along with my mom and other family members and friends. I always felt they were honest. They would usually call before even changing wipers or engine filters. However, this time was different. My check engine light came on. When I called, they said they were so busy and to go to an auto store to get it scanned for codes. I did, and the guy there said it was most likely a sensor issue which would be cheap. I finally brought my car in on Tuesday and got a call a few hours later saying they needed to change the oil and check the engine pressure. No prices were mentioned, but Im aware how much an oil change is there since I go every 6 months. At 430p that day I called to check in and was told they didn’t have time to change the oil yet. The next day I get a call that they changed the oil and checked engine pressure and the engine light was turned off. Was also told they drove the car to 34th street and back to make sure the light didn’t come back on. Then I’m told I owe $440! I’m super confused, but figure it will be explained better when I get there. I mean parts must have needed to be replaced to justify this price! NOPE! When I questioned them about this, I was told it took an hour and a half for them to look up the codes and check the possible reasons for the codes. Apparently that and the test drive cost $180. Checking the engine pressure apparently costs $120 plus the $80 oil change. Honestly, I am shocked and disgusted. The fact is I paid for NOTHING.a $440 oil change as far as I’m concerned.considering nothing was actually found to be wrong with the car, nothing was replaced, and the check engine light could come back on in a week! I was actually warned about that when I was there…so then I would have to pay more? HAHA. I feel that since there was nothing definitive for them to do or replace, they had to make money somehow. I guess since they stopped working on vintage cars and became super busy and booked, their morals have changed. The whole thing makes me sick to my stomach, and my mom and I will never come here again.super unfortunate! I am aware that it is actually A LAW that mechanic shops need to inform you if your work will be over $100, this was never done. What if I did not have the money? Why wasn’t I informed beforehand that this would be so expensive, or given a choice to decline this expensive service? Since it was not mentioned, I figured it was under $100 since that is standard practice. SHADY! I honestly should have refused to pay this ridiculous price for NOTHING.

Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning to get brake bulb replaced. John immediately greeted me and replaced the bulb in no time. Very professional and courteous service.

I had a annoying rattle coming from the driver’s side front. After several unsuccessful attempts to locate it I took it into Pasadena Car Care. I was prepared for the fact that it might be a costly suspension issue. After a few hours they located the issue and it turned out to be a minor repair. Honest mechanics. Will definitely bring my cars back for future service needs.
