It was a short visit and my business was taken care of by polite and knowledgeable staff.

If lazy was a profession, this County Clerks office would win awards! There's always just 1 person sitting at the Civil clerk window with 10-20 people waiting. This is worse than the DMV, you can be here for hours for the simplest thing. They refuse to hire more people and the ladies working this counter are mostly attitude filled.

Do not answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time after being transferred to the dept. That is needed

I LISTENED TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TELL THE JUDGE THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY WERE AT COURT, THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG, JUDGE SAID WELL THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE CHARGED WITH SO (IN A NUT SHELL) PAY $100 FOR A PUBLIC PRETENDER OR TAKE IT TO TRIAL PRO-SE (HOW MANY OF YOU KNOW WHAT PRO-SE IS?) OR GET AN ATTY. MORE OR LESS, MONEY MONEY MONEY.

If I could give negative I would. The rudest customer service I have ever encountered. It's sad that they have ZERO accountability.

I have nothing but a great experience with the Clerks at the Civil Division. I am a non-lawyer filing for my own Dissolution of Marriage. The clerks at the Court were, and still are, extremely helpful in the guidance of the required Court filings. Thank you Civil Division! I have to also add and give further kudos to the FL Court system as a whole. In my line of work I have been dealing with the Court system in various states. FL has one of the best and very organized Court Forms website I have ever seen. For every type of case the FL court system has the required forms for filing. These are extremely helpful to non-lawyers who cannot afford the legal fees. Thank you.

These guys have wasted so much of my time causing me to miss work and not be able to even get to work so many times. These experiences are almost traumatic as I have come really close to loosing everything because of their in professionallity

First in the middle of a pandemic they took their mask required sign down. Then they told me because my license expired I have to start all over. First I HAD to unmask for pictures (All staff masked). So already stressed because people walking past me within 2feet. They then told me I had to put my face against the vision test they handed me a alcohol swab the size of the one they use for shots. I actually read the wrong line smaller line first then the correct link, all the time removing my face constantly for fear of catching c from it. The clerk jumped up and started hollering I can't give you a license you can't see. I was so embassy at this point I just want finished my transaction because you need some form of I'd even though they wouldn't give me back the license I paid for. They destroyed my life that day. There's a ability to appeal their Descion but impossible to access that form online.

In recent months I have had to go there several times. Getting a marriage license to renewing a disabled decal for my car and then to renew my registration. The service is simply amazing. I do not think I've ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for any of the services that I described above. But the best part is that all the stuff I have come in contact with have been polite and pleasant and patient. Way to go Pasco county

Quite possibly the RUDEST front desk woman I have ever encountered. Just trying to pay a ticket. She talked over me, refused to run my card to pay a fine, and then said “I’m not running it, have a nice day” and then clicked me. Never in my life have I been so offended, and I rarely ever post reviews. Ridiculous.

Worse county of the entire state of Florida they would leave you homeless and they don't care at all, they demolished my house with no sympathy at all just had bought it and they didn't give me a chance to fix it now I'm homeless thanks to Pasco county

I have had to deal with the clerks office regularly for the last nine years. The inconsistencies in service and attitude of some of the employees is unacceptable. They visibly show irritation when you bring in multiple filings and have you jump through multiple hoops to accommodate them as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job. They pressure you to electronically file, which I recently talked my client into trying and we are now on day 2 of still waiting for that electronic filing to be accepted and filed. STILL waiting for an email back from comptroller regarding a solution from a day and a half ago. There seems to be no solution to making it easier to deal with the situation. I have literally driven all the way across the county (30-40 miles out of my way) for filing, in an effort to get better service just to run into similar issues after about 4 months of filing ONLY 1 day a month (between 6 and 12 cases). The bottom line is that none of the clerks want to deal with multiple filings which we have NO CHOICE about bringing in. THE CASES HAVE TO BE FILED.
