Pasco County Tax Collector - West Pasco Government Center, New Port Richey FL

Seriously an unreal experience. Whoever manages this office is doing everything right I say this bc the workers are expressive of being happy at work, they seemed to be into the job. My guy at the photo, i wish I got his name bc I would say he rocks at window 21.my next window was Sage. This guy and the guy to his right, they are happy and seem to cruize thru the day with such great attitudes. Who knew the DMV could be a nice experience? The line outside was brutal in the sun yet it was a short wait bc this office id moving and hustling to get you in and out.i had to drive from broward bc their online appointment system is a joke and after 3 months of trying we gave up. So to drive 6 hours and end up with our IDs accomplished with ease, really made our day. BEST DMV EVER! WHATEVER THEIR DEAL IS THEY GOT IT.

So after waiting 45 mins finally got called up to window with a trainee. I had a poa for a young man that left a car on my property after if broke down needs a whole new engine. Anyway he moved afer I paid for title as it was electronic, but didn't know he never received it due to him moving a total of 5 times and never put in for a address change so finally 7 mths later he says you deL with it and gives me a poa byt now you want $88 for the title that was never received. Even though the line was out in the hallway, it went down pretty quickly. The only complaint I have is after I used the debit card machine, I looked for hand sanitizer and could not find any anywhere. I keep some in my car so I was ok. Everyone touches that keypad, and it would be nice to have been able to have hand sanitizer. Other than that, everything else was great.

They were so nice but the eye exam.something is wrong with that machine or my lasik was a bust and they had me flagged as deceased.heehe I am alive!

The people working at the counters were very professional and finally people are smiling that work hard for the state. I also have a question. I just moved back down to Florida in Pasco county. I transferred my tags, title and all. I already had a license from South Carolina that had the gold star on it. Now every state is requiring the same thing. Why on earth did I have to show all of my paperwork again when I transferred over to Florida from South Carolina? I just don't understand why?

I cannot give a high enough rating! I took my disabled friend today to get an ID card. Every person from the front desk greeter to each of the folks who helped in the process were professional, friendly, and fast.

Best tac collector's office I have ever visited. I highly recommend the Gulf Harbors Office, very pleasant staff with awesome customer service!

We found Them to be professional, friendly, organized, and they treat everyone with respect, and we've gone to thus particular DMV since 2009, and we will never change to another DMV; because others are rude, and very disorganized. Thank you

Quick, efficient fifo service and friendly staff. Plenty of chairs to sit in and wait, and clear and loud audio numbering system and displayed on three large tv monitors so you know quickly when your number is being called! Very nicely laid out and organized office!

I went in for a name change and to update my title. The check in ladies were so friendly and helpful! I waited honestly about 5 minutes and was called right up. This was the best DMV experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for making it so easy and quick!

It took me just 5 minutes to renew driver license. I could not even imagine it is possible. It changed my mind about DMVs forever.

The tax collection office does not open until 0830 on Mondays not 0730 as indicated by their web page

Website said they were open until 5 today (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, which is not a holiday). I get there with important business to tend to and find out they closed at 2. Great job keeping your citizens informed Pasco!

Super quick and super friendly! Plus, people actually answer the phone and help with your questions.and they know the answers! They have it together for sure! Never waited longer than 10mins in recent times. 10yrs ago- there was a looong wait, but not any time over the past 3yrs that I've been there! Thumbs up!
