Pasco Tax Collector - Land O Lakes / Florida Department of Motor Vehicles

The Pasco County Tax Collector's Office is the agency tasked with carrying out most of the driving/ vehicle-related jobs the DMV once did. These duties include auto tag renewal, vehicle registration, title work and the like. Fast, efficient and friendly customer service is the goal.

Always fast! In and out in 10 minutes usually.except Friday.if u live in Hillsborough county and you need dmv, go there, no appointment necessary

I thought it would take forever to get my license replaced when I saw the line going out the door and down the sidewalk. But I was wrong! The line moved extremely fast and I was able to get in and finished in no time. Everyone was friendly and helped me get my license back. I will always recommend this DMV as the one to go to in the area.

It's not too bad, considering it's the dmv. Still a line out the door but they move pretty quick.

Service is great. It was not a bad wait time at all. However, their online services need updating. Said 7-10 days for registration delivery through online. It took 17 days to get my registration. Had to go in and get it physically which defeated the whole purpose of online ordering. When asked to get the $3 online convenience fee back, I was denied. Not sure if this is a state issue or their online service. Will be going in from now on.

The building is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are helpful, friendly and fast. The best DMV experience I have ever known!

I was so impressed at how this location handle their customers so quickly! The customers service reps were so compassionate and understanding for what I was there for. I could also see other customers were handled quick and didn’t see anyone upset like you do at of facilities. The facility was clean and the system you have set up was very organized.

It is a busy office but the staff is friendly and treat you with respect - a refreshing experience if you've never experienced this particular office. They are usually pretty fast to get you in and out.

These guys are so efficient! They immediately determine your issue, and route you through quickly! Wish all my interaction with government agencies was this pleasant!

This is one of the best DMV offices in Pasco County. Fast service, very friendly, always smiling Mr. Fasano is always smiling and always say hi how are you.at least to me every time I go there. I saw him cleaning windows the other day and I thought that is very nice. Keep the good work Mr Fasano. By the way the new building is the one with the blue roof

Really nice of Pasco county tax collector office to post they would be closed july 1-4 on their website. NOT! You had a lot of angry people there on Saturday July 1st waiting to get in and just some random note was put in the window that it was closed July 1-4. Pasco is always dropping the ball!

Probably the best of the tax offices. Quick, efficient, polite, and eager to please. They are also very flexible, when they legally can be.

I was able to get in and out. I went at the middle to end of month and went in right when it opened.
