It is so refreshing to have an efficient, organized medical option. I was thrilled to be able to “schedule” online, not wait long, complete paperwork in advance, etc.

I am very impressed with the quality of service provided. The people were professional from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. I felt that I was listened to thoroughly and received quality care. Thank you for being available for me!

My visit was quick and the provider was attentive and answered all my questions. With my appointment I was in and out in 35 minutes.

I had a great experience. They took me as a walk in and I only waited about 20 minutes. They were so quick I was in and out. The doctor was so friendly and the girl at the front desk was so helpful!

Dr. Clark, and her staff treated me well, and I really appreciate how she allowed me an opportunity to share with her my health concerns, and I didn't feel rushed.

I made my appointment online, I was seen at the scheduled time. The p.a. Listened to my issues, then checked other parts to make sure they weren't affected. I was in and out in 20 minutes, the treatment plan is already working. Thank you to the p.a. I saw that day.

Chaotic and disorganized clinic. They give a lot of different instructions, no one seems to know what anyone else is doing, and they don’t tell you the expected fees until you arrive.

I have no doubt that the NP that did this is not there anymore but please NP’s DO NOT GIVE ANTIBIOTICS FOR TONSILLITIS. They make issues worse and eviscerate good bacteria in the body and mouth. We as a society and researchers are barely starting to understand the harms of doing this and overusing antibiotics on the microbiome. Do not just hand out antibiotics for everything because you are lazy or don’t know what to do which is the case it seems with a lot of you NP’s today and especially the ones that get their degree mostly online. It’s a bad practice and it leads to negative consequences like it did for me. I’ve had tonsillitis half a dozen times since then and it healed just fine without antibiotics. I understand you might think it’s strep but when the strep test comes back negative, do not prescribe antibiotics.

I had a great experience, the front desk guy was really nice and helpful. The nurse and the PA were incredible nice and also helpful, definitely i recommended. The office was very clean too.

I had been traveling and the other patients first couldn’t do what I needed them to do and this one on Tennessee Street they went above and beyond and they were very friendly and I was just so grateful I haven’t had such great experience with some of the other patients first. But I will be back to this one

I brought my baby in to be seen by the doctor. Everyone was professional and kind. They were able to provide my baby with the services she needed and took no time sending in her prescription. Its the best patient first I have ever been to!

Fantastic experience. Patients First are my definite go to for urgent care needs. Temika Jones, RDO doing an excellent job running this place.

Wish I didn't have to visit but, my first experience was great. Quick service and a friendly staff. I hope not to return any time soon but, will go to patients first with confidence.

The gentlemen at the front desk was exemplary. However Kela the physician assistant was very friendly but professional. She explain everything she performed in great detail. While executing her duties with great precision, compassion & concern. Patients First need an Kela in all their facilities.

For my first time at Patients First, it was a great experience. The medical staff were professional and the service was great.

The guy up front is eeeeverything. Great customer service and good with the needle. I’m very grateful for coming to this place. Went to TMH ER and they couldn’t help me, gave me meds and sent me home. Patient first wasn’t letting me leave without them finding out what was wrong with me. Very thankful for you guys the whole damn staff is awesome

Scheduling online was easy. I arrived and had no wait time. Staff was kind, professional and understanding. Would highly recommend this office if you need medical treatment.
