Dr patino is the best the staff is amazing and they always resolve my problems and they are always there when you need them really amazing place my baby loves it he feels like home when we go there

I came in with my newborn for the first doctors visit after giving birth, they had trouble verifying my insurance and had me waiting in a very hot front room I ended up calling my insurance company myself and solving the situation, after that I was still waiting for now an hour and a half. My baby at this point was miserable and so was I. The doctor gives very strange advice and says things that scare new moms, the second I walked out the doors my baby was not crying. I would never recommend this place to new moms with newborns. Or any person for that matter.

Took my daughter on 12/23/19 because she had a fever. De. Patino was on vacation and the “doctor” that saw her was a young lady that looked like she just finished high school. She did a nose swab per my request because they weren’t going to do anything. I had to take my daughter to ER that same night. She had croup. Dr. Patino’s office called me back two weeks later to tell me that the nose swab that they did was positive. Totally unacceptable. Not going there anymore!

Dr. Patino is the absolute best pediatrician in my eyes! My baby is 3 weeks old and he has received his undivided attention in ways I can’t explain. He came and visited my baby everyday at the hospital to make sure he was okay and doing well and I have had two scared now: one with excessive eye boogers and another with formula because I’ve been breast feeding and I call the answering service and doctor Patino calls me back immediately and helps me
Deal with the situation or tells me to come in to see him. I can’t express to you what a great feeling that is being a new and young mom there are so many scares it is Important to find a doctor as dedicated as doctor Patino. You can tell this is more than just a job for him and he enjoys what he does. He always treats my baby with love and care and I can’t thank him enough. Also, his office staff is super nice and always willing to help as well. Thank you doctor Patino!

Doctor Patino and he staff are loving, caring, and passionate about all little patients. Every time I bring my kids sick Patino always finds the best solution or medication for my little ones. Thanks a lot for your hard work.

My family has been with Dr. Patino since day 1. He came to us at the hospital the day after our kids were born. He is a wonderful person, so much patience he will make sure you understand your child’s diagnosis not to say he will always call back After hours when there’s an emergency. I no longer live in broward but don’t mind driving just so my kids stay with him. 8 plus years with him, the staff is professional and kind and they do call you to remind you of appointments. As a medical professional myself I would not change my kids. I am Very pleased and my kids feel great at his office.

I love Doctor Patiño! He was my doctor when I was little he was my husbands doctor and know he is the doctor for both of my kids! When ever I need something I call talk to front desk usually sandrita answers and she’s helpful from beginning to end! Yes the waiting time can sometimes be very long but that has nothing to do with the staff they are all doing there job and doing what they need to do I have no complaints if you want to feel rushed or leave early go to a pediatrics Associates Where they will see you fast and have no relationship what so ever with your child and most likely still end up in emergency because there was no solution. Dr.patino takes his time to meet you and know your kids you would never find that here in south Florida. He is worth the time and wait he is pushy when it comes to vaccines but let’s be real with all this outbreaks going on because of ignorance of parents not wanting to vaccinate there kids he’s trying to help not be “pushy” like what I read that someone said! He’s looking out for your child’s health.

Dr. Carlos Patino has been my daughter's doctor since she was born. He is the best, very knowledgeable, and understanding. However, after 5 months of visiting his office, I am tired and fed up with the poor customer service at the front desk. The waiting time whether I have an appointment or not it is 2-3 hours, I have left messages for the doctor in 2 different occasions and the message has not been delivered properly. They were suppose to return my call with the doctor's response and never received a call and when I called to inquire on the update, I received unprofessional answers with an attitude and rudeness. This office has a poor customer service and it is a total complete waste of time. This review is nothing against Dr. Carlos Patino, this is against the level and type of customer service received from the front desk (making appointments, processing claims properly, and delivering messages to the doctor). Unfortunately, I am moving on.

I been seeing this doctor since my child was a new born, now 5 years forward it's time for a change. It took me 5 year to realize there are better pediatrician around, he is a nice guy but he tottaly needs help his office is a mess starting with the front desk, the waiting time is unacceptable, I didn't have an appointment got there at 10: 15 and it was 12: 20 and I was still waiting outside, when I complain they said since I didn't have an appointment I have to wait, how can I have an appointment when my kid was not sick the day before so basically I end up leaving to an urgent care. In all the years I went to him waiting time is 2 hours in the waiting room and 45 to an hour inside. Just stay away from this office

Dr. Patino was very nice in the beginning. We started taking our daughter since she was born, 6 months ago. Shortly after a couple of visit we wouldn’t see him, just his assistant, which was fine because she was very friendly and knew what was going on.it wasn’t until this last visit that we had enough of him and his office. On Friday, we went in without an appointment because our daughters butt was swollen and had some bumps.he looked at it for a SECOND and told us it was an infection, prescribed medication and then started talking about the flu vaccine.he was more interested in us giving her the flu vaccine than our daughters current health situation. Fast forward to three days and here we are in the emergency room and the doctors are saying that the medication the doctor prescribed her was for an ear infection that could cause yeast when mixed with the cream he prescribed.we took her in because her butt was actually getting WORSE. She was bleeding and was nonstop crying. Please don’t take your children to this man. He doesn’t care about the health of our babies.

I will start by saying that Dr.patino is a very nice doctor. Is it my second visit and it is very likely it will be the last. I had an appointment at 11 am arrived early and left by 2: 40. Waiting time was 2h outside and 30 min inside. Tired, my child was hungry by then. I have seen people arriving after me go past me. I have seen other patients that are acquainted with the front desk past first. Staff surely look overwhelmed. It is a sad cuz this practice was highly recommended by other moms.
