Patio Factory Supercenter- Port Charlotte

Patio furniture was delivered by Mike and Jose today. They were very courteous and pleasant men. The furniture looks great and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this company and their products and delivery services. The furniture came on time as well.

Renay did a great job of helping us figure out what we needed to fit into the space we were working with. Mike and Jose did an excellent job of delivering and setting up the patio furniture. They were on time, courteous and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

Purchasing our outdoor furniture was a great experience from walking into the store through delivery. Great selection of quality furniture, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff made it easy to find the furniture we needed for the lanai and the pool area. We loved our first purchase so much, we went back for more. Mike and Shawn did a great job with the delivery both times. We will definitely be going back for more once we begin setting up our garden and firepit areas.

Shane and Mike were prompt and did a nice job delivering our new patio chairs and ottoman.

We visited the Port Charlotte location. We were very impressed with the staff’s knowledge about the furniture design and function. Our furniture was completed in the timeframe we were told and delivery by Mike and Shawn was great! Highly recommend this location.

We ordered the teak round expandable table, 2 captain chairs & 4 folding chairs. They are absolutely wonderful, very heavy, well built. Very happy. The 2 guys that delivered it, Shawn & Mike were very professional, very friendly and did a great job

We have purchased patio furniture a couple of times from them. Most recently furniture for our front Lanai. The delivery guys (Mike and Shawn) arrived on time and were very careful with our furniture. I will shop there again and will refer them to all my friends.

My beautiful outdoor furniture was delivered today, promptly at 9: 30 as promised. Shawn and Mike were my delivery guys and they were very nice, professional, respectful and helpful! They offered to move the furniture around however I wanted it. They even took the plastic wrap from around the cushions so that I wouldn't have to deal with it.

The price on this set was reasonable (higher than Lowe's or Home Depot but lower than most of the other outdoor furniture retailers) and the quality is great. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service provided by Patio Factory Supercenter.

Tony was a pleasure to work with and navigated us through an array of patio furniture choices. He helped us narrow down our choices and pick the best fabric within our budget. Angel and Mike were excellent with the delivery and set up.

Went to this store fall of 2021 and found a beautiful set in stock, amazing! It was delivered the next day. I found a couple scratches on the coffee table and a call to the store resulted in a new one being delivered quickly. I left it outside during hurricane Ian. The coffee table flipped over resulting in the metal top getting badly scratched. The company arranged for it to be stripped and repainted for a reasonable fee. It turned out beautifully and matches the rest of the set exactly. Recommend this store, great products and service.

I worked with Lynn to pick out my patio dining set. Great experience and so much to choose from. Jack and Dustin did the delivery and they extremely nice and set up my set as I wanted. Great experience in every way and I will use Patio Factory Supercenter for my future patio furniture needs.
