I have an appointment with her because of my IUD there was a problem pain and bleeding, she left her mom in the ICU and came to see me, I told her why you didn't cancel the appointment?
she answered, No you need me.

Dr Dietz is easy to talk with about any issue of concern. She listens and recommends to keep your female fears in tack. She is a great doctor! Kudos to her!

From my first visit to Dr. Deitz, I was pretty nervous since my previous visits to a gynecologist was at planned parenthood. Dr. Deitz has made me feel so comfortable visiting the office and had even talked to me when I was on the fence about birth control implantation (I got kyleena) it’s been working so well! Yesterday I had my annual and I had always dreaded it each time but, this time the annual went by so quick! I was surprised. As I’ve gotten older I know there’s some doctors and professionals I will continue to go to and Dr. Deitz is definitely one of them! I trust her:) she’s definitely the best!

I recently moved from Dallas Texas to Boca and have been to two appointments with this office. My first appointment was fine. The doctor and staff were very nice. I filled out all paperwork at arrival, had my normal yearly checkup and ended by going to the desk to pay and schedule my next yearly visit. Thankfully my insurance was able to cover the normal visit cost and the lady at the front desk told me I was all good to go and she’d see me the following year. A year later I arrived at my second appointment and was taken back into my room shortly before being asked to go back to the front desk, there, if front of what felt like the entire office, I was told I owed a good sum of money from my last appointment and would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay now. The money wasn’t the issue, even though I was until then under the impression that a year previously that my insurance had covered it. I told the receptionist that I was confused and instead of saying anything she automatically left to get another woman. The whole time this next woman be-littled me and approached the situation with a complete unprofessional manner. Instead of answering any of my questions she just kept repeating herself causing me to feel guilty for something I wasn’t understanding. I ended up paying a smaller amount than what they had said I owed to allow them to process and file the previous cost with my insurance and going on with my appointment but felt very uncomfortable the rest of the time. Even though Dr Deitz is fine I will be finding a new office in which all the staff are genuine and care from woman to woman, no matter their age.

I obviously wanted my husband to be in the examination room with me because he was sitting with me. When Dr. Dietz came in, she asked him to wait outside. I was upset but caught off guard. This was poor behavior, as it is my right to have someone else present in the examination room. Very strange person with a lot of 1 star ratings.

Dr. Deitz is always my favorite! I recommend it with it you will feel very comfortable I love it! Their staff are also very friendly!

The Doctor was great, answered all my questions, the staff was very professional, my appointment was very punctual, I definitely recommend Dr. Deitz.

Wait times in the office and calling are excessively delayed, but the doctors and techs are very kind and knowledgeable.

At reception I waited a long time, because the attendant must have been learning.
Other than that, the entire service was wonderful! Dr. Patrícia was very attentive! I trust and recommend it!
