We were at the epicenter of the hailstorm that pounded W Melbourne last April. Patrick fully disclosed that it would be a few months before we could be added to the schedule and it was absolutely worth the wait. His team (Jason, Scott, Christine, Brendan and the roofing crew) were professional, courteous and responsive. Our new roof is beautiful!

Patrick roofing was one of 3 contractors we asked to quote our reroof job. Their presentation was the most impressive of the 3. It was a very thorough explanation of the process and materials and gave us a lot of confidence. They were also the only one that pointed out that we had an unused chimney in our roof from back in the oil burning furnace years and told us they could remove as part of the job, removing the possibility that it could be a future leak or hurricane liability. As far a price went, their quote was very competitive with the others quoting.
After signing with them they communicated well in regards to scheduling and even got started on our home earlier that expected. They were able to work around our solar contractor's schedule to remove our panels. Once on site, Patrick and his team were great about keeping us up to date on progress and what they were finding as they removed our roof.
When the inspector came out for the first inspection, I spoke with him and he told me, "I've never had to fail a Patrick roof. You are in good hands. ". Sure enough we passed each inspection no problem. We were very happy and the roof looks amazing.
One last positive - Patrick happened to be here dropping off paperwork when the solar team was back to reinstall the panels. He went up on roof and chatted with them to help ensure that they were away of the roof updates so they would be able to have no surprises.

Dont even think about using anybody but Patrick Roofing! We got three bids and patrick was in the middle, with almost exactly what we anticipated.one vendor didnt even get on the roof and one talked big and then bid big. Patrick did the work (no blaring radio, altho I did hear them singing at one point). They worked steadily, cleaned up each evening and were finished in three days with the middle one reserved for inspection. Perfect job! Believe me, this is who you want on your roof! Trish M.
