Patriot Glass was great to work with! They were timely and efficient and installed a great product. When Mitch came to the house to take measurements, he even noticed a half wall wasn’t square. This gave us the opportunity to correct it prior to completing the bathroom. Our shower looks beautiful and we can’t wait to use it!

I am so disappointed with the customer service! So unprofessional. They did not keep their word or commitment concerning my order, that’s one thing. The manager jade was very rude and aggressive, no sympathy or compassion towards the fact her representative lied to me about the time frames and the window not arriving - and hung up on me several times while placing me on hold! I will never recommend their services to anyone - this is the first and last time I ever use this company’s service! I am so frustrated, I can’t believe the customer service is that terrible.

Due to damages caused by IAN, I contacted 4 vendors to try to replace broken window glasses & leaking door of my property. Patrick Glass is the first vendor who got to the site & replaced the damaged glasses. Their responsive showing up at the property in times of widespread emergency in the county area must be complimented.

Incompetent installers and RUDE staff (Jade) when I ask for an update on ETA after the install didn't fit, the response I get is "we're slammed" - so professional. I wasn't actually asking about their terrible workload but for an ETA on my job. Suffice it to say - Patriot Glass has enough business on and they don't need yours, so run - don't walk - to their nearest competitor. You know they're horrible when you see a bunch of hidden positive reviews that Yelp knew to be fake and suppressed them. I know - how about politely doing a good job instead - then you won't need to do that, right?

I have so many good things to say about this company. I had a broken mirror with black edges that 5 companies told me had no repair.patriot were the only ones who solved the problem for me.the speed with which they repaired it and the service is exceptional, I definitely recommend them. They solve and help you quickly and the cost is absesibble.

Sept. 202-had 3 panes broken glass in my Master bedroom.
Called Patriot Glass in Celebration FL, & they were able to come out the next day.
Ben & David replaced my glass, were very professional in demeanor & glass replacement skills. I truly appreciate the great service.

I don't recommend them they did my sliding door glass and sealer was installed wrong on the second time they scratches the glass and now they say if it's manufacture that I have to pay for a new glass. The lady infront is very rude after they take your money I asked to speak with the boss and never got the called, they don't care

Patriot Glass tech was super polite, technical and fast. Asked questions to ensure I would be happy with the outcome. Awesome job! Will provide them to all my friends. They are the best! Many other companies wanted to replace three or more windows. They were able to replace the glass using the existing frame. I am extremely thankful for their tech and phone assistants who were nice as well. The window looks amazing!
