James and Robert were responsive, timely and courteous! They were secured by the insurance company to investigate water damage. And although it turns out that the insurance company did not cover the particular damage, I'm sure Paul Davis would have done excellent work had their services been needed.

Excuse after excuse. Few nice people but not good business.
Bottom line comes down to the fact that they are reactionary where they should be proactive, one of there reasons you have a project manager in the first place. Going on 5 months still not complete no idea when it will be done.

I had a water leak in my home while i was away and needed to replace a patio ceiling and my bathroom. Paul Davis Restoration was assigned to the job through Citizens Insurance. They did an excellent job and were very informative as to what and when things would be done. Brian Stacy and Brett Maxwell were the project managers I worked with. They were both excellent. Their communication with me was more than I expected and everything was done in a timely manner. I am more than satisfied with the work they completed. I highly recommend their service. Gary Guy with Paul David Restoration is a God send! He was there for everything! Any questions we had or concerns were addressed and answered with timeliness and care. We could not stay in our home for over 2 months due to renovations being done. I felt comfortable with Gary as our project manager in our home because I knew he actually cared about making sure everything was done the right way! The Paul Davis Restoration team was OUTSTANDING! Unfortunately, we met them due to significant water damage in our home, clearly unfavorable circumstances! Their fast response on a Sunday afternoon with a mitigation team to help clean up the damage was impressive. There reconstruction team was excellent overseen by a very experienced leader that met every timeline & coordinated with every subcontractor - insulation, sheetrock, electrical, painter, cleaners. They were more than impressive in their responsiveness, professionalism, & compassion for the situation. They have my HIGHEST recommendation!

We used Paul Davis Restoration to repair the damage to our home caused by a tree falling during Hurricane Ian. PDR was professional, cost-effective, and responsive while replacing the roof and repairing interior damage that included ceiling, walls, and floors. Gary and Jordan were extremely helpful working with the insurance company and making sure that all of our repairs were to our satisfaction. All of their subcontractors were highly professional and went above and beyond completing their jobs. We are thrilled to be back in our house that is better than before thanks to Gary and Jordan at Paul Davis Restoration.

They held our house hostage for nearly 7 months. They blame everything on supplier, you and more. They have young kids running things that have no clue about construction codes or business standards. They allowed drywallers to sand with our ac running, which caved in our filters and filled our ductwork with dust. They urinated all over the toilet instead of in it and left oil from their leaking trucks all over our newly painted driveway. If this is what you are looking for in restoring your home, please call them. They Will happily oblige.

I am very unhappy, I never received any money credited back? I was incorrectly informed by Jordan from Paul Davis that we would receive credit back for work that was not completed once the insurance check was signed and received. Jordan kept pressuring us to close the claim and sign a certificate of satisfaction and basically did not honestly tell us about the credit we were owed for work they did NOT complete on our estimate. Very deceitful.

We had to go with these contractors due to an insurance claim for water damage. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. Project was supposed to take two months and it took eight months to install two floors and a cabinet.

They had to reinstall the floor twice because it wasn’t level the first time and still isn’t level after the second time installed. I had to figure out which cabinet to get to make sure it matched the ones we already had in the kitchen. (they order the wrong one cabinet twice)

At this point i just wanted them out of the house. The lack of communication, poor quality, and over knowledge was absolutely outrageous.

I wouldn’t never allow these people to due work on anyones home.
